A couple weeks ago there was HEAVY rain and low visibility and ended up driving right into a flooded area, felt like I hit a wall but nope, just water. "Turn around, don't drown" wasn't even an option . When I pulled over and assessed the damage I was heart broken as I've had so many issues with my Vehicle this year already ? When I got home , I Google Body Shops and when this shop popped up I made up my mind to go here and best decision! I dropped the Car off on Tuesday and they gave me "Finish by Saturday or a day sooner" . Got a call on Thursday saying it was done and picked it up Friday. And WOW !! I was sooo happy to see the finished job. Mind blown lol they went above and beyond by CLEANING and WASHING the Car ! Atnan even picked me up from the Hertz Rental Car as I had no ride to them once I dropped it off. Said "You're already paying much for the repairs, we don't want you spending money for an Uber" like yasss, thank you so much ! Everytime I look at my car I'm in awe now, like when I first got it. Thank you so much you guys did am amazing job , seriously grateful ?

Highly recommend American Elite Auto body!! Atnan was friendly, professional and knowledgable. He gave me the best quote by far and had my car back to me quickly and looking great! I called many body shops and they were either backed up or gave a much higher estimate. I hope I never have to use them again but if I do, I won't hesitate to bring it back here!

Had a talk with Jason today, very nice and even called me back and told me an estimate of the price as soon as i ended the call. Very good customer service I recommend it! And if your looking for an affordable fair price they are the one!

Love that they didn't turn me away for a job that was not a major money maker. They accepted the work and completed it quickly and beautifully! I am so thankful and appreciative. I will definitely keep them in my back pocket for future work and will recommend it as well! Thank you! ☺️

Atnan is the best, he helped me fix my Lexus botched by another autoshop in the region. The insurance work is tenacious of course, nevertheless his work ethic, quality of result, and timeliness was on point. This will be my go to please from now on. Super duper highly recommend this autoshop.

My neighbor recommended I take my last car to American Elite…swore by them. He’d used them for years. As a new guy in the neighborhood, I didn’t know where to take my car so I followed his advice. AMAZING! The owner, Atnan was very professional, quick, reasonable and did excellent work. He and his team Increased the value of my vehicle and I sold it for a price that easily covered the repair. Fast forward to 1 month ago. My wife’s newer nicer SUV got rear-ended and needed a completely new tailgate, bumper, tail-lights…I knew exactly where I wanted to take her car. It was not on the pre-approved list of the insurance companies shops but they said I could choose whoever I wanted. I gave them Atnan’s #. The adjuster called me back shortly and started the conversation by saying, “WOW! That was by far the best conversation I have ever had with a shop! Your guy knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s already on top of his part. You have a great guy and shop!” That confirmed what I already believed and Atnan did not disappoint. He promised to have my wife’s car fixed within 3-4 weeks. He completed it in 10 days. It’s perfect, as good or better than when we bought it. No hassle, no deceit, just honest, excellent, and expedient work—even washed and detailed it! Amazing experience start to finish—AGAIN! American Elite Auto Body has my business and my recommendation for life!

I’ve now had two cars fixed up by American Elite and I’m never going anywhere else as long as I’m in Austin despite it being very far away from where I live. These guys are amazing. Atnan is super friendly and really good at dealing with insurance companies. He’s gotten us all OEM parts on both vehicles despite our insurance only offering to pay for 3rd party parts. Service was fast and I got my car back detailed and in better shape than it was when I bought it. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Atnan is really professional and listens to your needs. He does not push you to buy more than you need and will work with you. Very quick turn around too. I will be using American Elite Auto again in the future!

This whole place as a whole was fantastic. I had brought my car in on a Tuesday and it was done by Thursday evening. The owner kept me up to date the entire time and was very informative and extremely easy to work with. This is the place to go for any body work needed.
