I recently visited A&B Mechanic Shop regarding my sway bar links, which the Toyota dealership had claimed were leaking and needed replacement. The owner, Acharf, took a quick look and assured me there were no issues, and no replacement was necessary. I didn't even have to wait long, and he waived the diagnostic fee. With over 15 years of experience serving the community, Acharf demonstrated honesty and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend him to anyone in our community.

I drove up from Houston to purchase a car for my son. Realized the AC was out during the test drive. The seller swore to us that nothing was wrong it was just low on freon. Took here to have it looked at and the owner Ashraf was awesome. He took time to personally check and it out. Even took me and my son in the garage and showed us that the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced and saved us from buying a lemon and have to spend thousands. Great honest shop that will be my go to in the area.

WARNING Taillight scam!!!
After paying for repairs and leaving. Mechanic tells me my third middle brake light was out. And keeps telling me the Police will stope me and get a ticket.
When I removed third middle brake light box, found that the bulb was removed and rolling around inside the box. After putting bulb back in socket, it worked just fine. Wife and I checked all lights trying to get this car ready for state inspection. So it was working last week.
They have done good work for me in the past don’t know what has changed.
Do not know the Mechanics name. I should have got his name but was confused at the time. All I know is he had a European accent.

I work at a parts store up the road and the owner sent a runner for some parts, most of which I didn't have, but regardless he offered me a free service for the help. He was very understanding and generous.

Came by for diagnosis of my ac problem, it was checked and an estimate was given quickly. After getting another estimate for more than double what I was quoted at A & B, I called and scheduled the repair. Scheduling was easy and when I arrived they were ready for me and had my part. The repair was finished in about the amount of time I expected and the ac is blowing as cold as ever. Thank you so much, I loved the cats as well, they made the wait more enjoyable.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL LIE AND UPCHARGE YOU AND PURPOSELY DAMAGE YOUR CAR WHEN YOU DON’T WANT THEM TO FIX IT. They take advantage of people who don’t understand cars or ask questions and try to up charge for stuff they didn’t even do and will purposely damage your car or leave stuff open in hopes of you taking it back in to them. I took my car in for diagnosis to get a third opinion and first they said I just needed a compressor (aligns with what the other people said) I then agreed to pay for the diagnosis and just get it done elsewhere, they then tried to charge me $250 dollars for a frion recharge??? And it gets worse, First of all I never asked for my refrigrant to be recharged I just wanted a diagnosis. Even then the last place did it for free but WAIT it gets worse I explain to the mechanic I never asked for it or agreed and he goes back in for a second and comes back out and continues to say IT WAS A MISTAKE and that THEY NEVER EVEN RECHARGED MY REFRIGERANT, so I just paid for the diagnosis and took my car back after a little. I took my car back to the other mechanic shop I got the first opinion from and he asks me what happened. He then continued to show me there was a huge leak in my condenser that wasn’t there when he had just seen it before this shop. This is a trusted person and although I cannot show with proof they damaged my condensor, they were the only person who came in contact with my car in the days between and I never had a condensor issue and both people that say the car before used diagnostic tools and saw it themselves and never saw the condensor leak. DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS THEY MIGHT BE FAKE, I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER TRUST OR RECOMMEND THEM EVER.
FORGOT TO MENTION THEY ALSO TOOK THE VALVE CAP OFF MY LOW PRESSURE OUTLET AND NEVER PUT IT BACK AND I HAD TO BUY A NEW ONE

Wasn't even there for 2 minutes and the young guy said we are closed come.back Monday when the job was real small and they still had ten minutes before they closed bad customer service and my tire is now blown out thanks AAnd B for nothing

I have taken my car there 3 times! First time I was happy. Second time they found out what was wrong and found out what another noise was that was coming from my car. Third time they fixed everything I had an issue with. I will 100% choose them over Firestone any time!! They’re extremely friendly and respectful!!! If you need something done to your car, then this is the place to go to, no questions asked. They made my every experience freaking amazing and perfect!!

I was incredibly optimistic. All I needed was two more quotes... ? I was going to take my car here, though some of these reviews seem fabricated. I've seen that couch, I wasn't compelled to wasn't to sit on, but someone said it's "comfy," for a trap house, perhaps, but anyways back to the matter at hand. I also seen other reviews that seemed as if just maybe they do good work, but who can you really trust these days. I knots business owners and I've seen how these reviews go, first hand. I called to get 2 more quotes, it's one of 3 three things. The guy that answered had a hard time giving me 2 more quotes. I'd got one from Abraham, no problems.
Good thing I didn't take my car, it's a simple quote, you let money walk out the door because you're to lazy to give a quote. No telling what other things you won't do, and if I'm leaving my car with you I need to trust you. Kind of just got the run around from him. That's alarming. Just be careful guys. Perhaps it's God's discernment, because they've got a bad review since I was there Saturday. I have no problem with these people, just offering up an observation. I hope you guys have a better experience. Good luck.
UPDATE: Ashraf called to let me know I can say what I want to, well, duh. Lol. Instead of calling to do a quote... the time we were on the phone he could've just gave me a quote. He instead called to offer excuses and let me know that he'd respond. So guys, THIS is who they are.
UPDATE:
You can still do a "proper diagnostic and repairs..." and give a quote. At the end of the day, you can say what you want, it's not for me to like it dislike what you say, you and I both know there are plenty of places to go. It's 2 quotes. You get it because you called me about it. 5 minutes you didn't have, but want to go back and forward. I wasn't being unreasonable and that's the point. AND STILL HAD THE TIME TO RESPOND AND CALL, BUT NOT GIVE 2 MORE QUOTES.
I can promise you someone else will get my money and give a ballpark estimate. I don't have a problem with you, I appreciate what Abraham did, and I like what you said, it is what it is. I appreciate your opinion. Now go argue with your mommy and write a review on her and GO CLEAN THAT NASTY COUCH. ?

Absolutely outstanding service that goes above and beyond in honesty and professionalism. This place truly is a one-stop wonder for all your automotive needs. I own a Mercedes Gls and Porsche Cayenne and had been loyal to the dealerships until this gem came along. I've bid farewell to dealership services for good. Ashraf, the owner, isn't just great, he's phenomenal—a real pleasure to do business with. The waiting area is another highlight, offering a cozy couch shared with the most charming, laid-back cats around. Can't recommend this place enough!

Service was horrible, i came here just to get a rounded 8mm bolt off and they tried for over 2 hours to get it off. They supposedly welded a bolt to take it off. they showed me the work in progress and i saw no weld marks!! I am positive that these "experts" could have a taken out a measly rounded bolt. Lmfao so how the hell did he took off the part with taking out the bolt? If yall tried welding where are the welding marks?? Only good thing there is the cat??
