Never got my uniform order. Was told twice by KR it shipped and nothing. No one returns calls or knows where my order is. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My son has no uniform and we have a tournament next week. This is why our organization cut ties with Rockwall cause they’ve had issues getting apparel to customers.

Great for apparel and uniforms, but don't bother trying to order equipment. They take forever, and you won't have it by the time you need it. Left a message on the weekend because “no one who knew anything†would be in until Monday. They didn't even bother calling back.

I have never seen a store go out of their way to take care of the customer more than Rockwall Sports Center. This place has become my "go to" shop for all things baseball. They've answered all my questions, put up with my indecisiveness, and always done so with a smile. They have my business for as long as their doors are open!!!

AllSports Etc was phenomenal in helping my team out. Linda and Lindsey even went out of their way to stay open well past their closing time to ensure all of the little 3-4 year olds were properly fitted for their uniforms! THAT is passion for what they do, and just shows a taste of how much they really do care about the kids and the parents! Thank you Ashton for answering my call to help me make sure I had the right gals names who helped us!
