DO NOT rent from Quest RV!!! They will charge you for maintenance and mechanical defects that are the responsibility of the owner. I had a mechanical tongue-jack motor fail due to poor craftsmanship, low-quality parts and lack of owner maintenance. They charged me for the repair when I was the one who should have been reimbursed being rented a defective product. No inspection reports, damage reports, or invoices for repairs they charge you for will be provided. Stay away, this is not reputable.

Our saleswoman Rachel was great during the whole process. Very clear instructions, paperwork went flawlessly. RV in good shape, everything working as intended. Convenient and on-schedule pick up and drop off. No fuss, no surprises, book, pay, rent, done. A good professionnal service I would recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about Quest RV.Compared to the RV sharing sites the experience was so much better. When you call, you'll get a real person who answers the phone. Probably Rachel who is knowledgeable and very nice.When I rented the Airstream Bambi from Quest, Rachel helped me out to make the booking, as it initially didn't look to be available. She walked me through the whole process of getting insurance documentation, all the forms signed and then on the day of rental she was there to make sure that all the ducks were in a row. She made sure that we knew who to call in the event of trouble with the trailer and then handed us over to one of the techs. He showed us around, got us hooked up to the trailer and gave me the lowdown on how everything works.Since we were going to be returning our trailer on the weekend, they even showed us how to return everything while they were out.The trailer itself was clean, everything worked perfectly. They told us in advance what to bring and what to expect so we knew exactly what to do. If you do the Bambi, you will need to bring your own linens.Great service, exactly as advertised and none of the awkwardness of the sharing sites.

We recently rented a Class B motorhome from Quest RV. From the first time checking their website to the day we returned the unit, the experience was very satisfactory. We preferred renting directly from Quest RV rather than using one of the RV sharing companies. Rachel was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful before and during our trip. The unit was clean, well-maintained, reliable, and straightforward to drive and operate. Quest RV provided the documentation, training, equipment, and support to make our trip worry-free. We highly recommend them and will definitely rent from them again.

First off , I’d like to start by saying they had exceptional service when I went for the first time to even look into possibly renting an rv. But let me tell you all how awesome this place is!! They provided us with a perfect rv for our family and made our vacation possible, my family of 5 traveled and within 4 different states and created wonderful memories but it all started with quest rv. Most importantly, I want to thank and shout out Rachel who not only help us with our rental process but also helped me through a vacation crisis! We had a little mishap and Rachel attended to me after hours, respectfully and kindly, never will I ever be able to thank her enough , she was so attentive and encouraging. ♥️ I would definitely be renting from them again and can’t wait to tell others about quest rv.

The Lord works miracles! Was calling around the Friday for 4th of July weekend and every where was booked! Sandy was such a sweetheart who kindly answered my questions and got us a rental within 4 hours! Rachel made the checkout process quick.The Radiance was a newer RV and the AC blew so cold at night. We loved it! Smooth return and would definitely rent again.

We rented a travel trailer from Quest over the Memorial Day weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. There was so much information about the rental service and the models available on their website, and Rachel was very responsive through email answering all of my questions. Once we settled on the details and reserved the unit my husband and I selected, all the paperwork was handled via email easily. Every time I had a question my email was responded to promptly and the customer service was top notch.
Pickup was very fast, and the technician (sorry, didn't write down his name) was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was thorough with his orientation to hooking up the trailer, towing, setting it up, etc. He went through all of the expectations from us, and how to return the unit on a non-business day (Memorial Day).
The unit itself was SUPER clean, and everything worked great. This was our first time camping in a RV/trailer, we were testing it out as alternative to staying in a hotel for events we attend, and we'll be doing it again. Renting from a company like Quest allows us to have access to a travel trailer when we need, but not have to handle the maintenance and upkeep between uses. Truly the best of both worlds.
HIGHLY recommend Quest RV, everyone we met and interacted with was very professional, prices were fair, and the equipment was clean and well maintained.

I recently aquired a Quest RV. I have had followup converstations with Troy Sorenson multiple times. He has always been responsive an attentive to my requests and needs. I cant really put into words how happy I am with my new to me coach as well as the service Quest RV has provided me. I would give them more stars if I could. You cant go wrong with this group of folks.

Don't trust these people with your RV, they won't take care of it. We trusted them with our brand new Thor Sprinter Citation while we were stationed overseas, so they knew we wouldn't be in the area to check on it. After five years as a rental I was expecting signs of normal wear and tear but what I found was much worse. In addition to the normal wear and tear, the subfloor was obviously and completely destroyed. But even worse, the entire skylight unit is missing. This was a gorgeous skylight with an insect screen as well as day and night shades. All gone; and in its place there's a piece of plastic. I'm dumbfounded and heartbroken. We never should have trusted them with such an expensive piece of equipment. Response to Quest's comment: yes, our RV was three years old when we put it into your fleet...and it had *less than 6,000 miles* on it. It was never stored out in the weather by us, and the skylight was clearly fine when our vehicle entered your fleet. Why, while in your care, was the skylight allowed to dry rot and crack from weather exposure to the point that it couldn't be repaired, and/or further damage prevented? And the floor...I'm guessing that wasn't noticed until our warranty ran out? Damage that severe, unnoticed for so long? If it was, indeed, the manufacturer's fault for not putting enough supports under the subfloor, it should have been apparent much sooner. But it takes a lot of time and effort to have warranty repairs made, right? Something you promised you'd take care of. Lastly, Mark did not decline the replacement and opt for the "repair" that was completed. It was never addressed, and he noticed the skylight was gone only when he was halfway home between Dallas and Colorado (his very costly mistake). Our loss, your gain. The point of my review is only to provide our experience so people can decide for themselves whether they want to entrust their very expensive, valuable RV equipment into your care.

A great place to rent an RV. We were first timers and they took the time to explain the entire unit to us. Generator, hookups, a video on good driving habits, etc. Definitely use this 1st Class Company.
