I have taken several cars here and they keep doing the same thing! They install the oil filter wrong or they don’t tighten it right to where the oil leaks out!
They always blame it on a defective oil filter, but how?? The filter they installed on my old Cadillac the oil leaked out! Then on wife’s Yukon Denali the oil leaked almost all out! Then on my truck the oil leaked out too! They always blame it on a defective oil filter. I told the manager the last time this happened if something was to happen to my engine were they going to fix it and he said “no we’re doing you a favor by replacing the oil filter!” What a joke! They all look stupid when I went back there with them and I was right and they’re wrong!
Stay away from this shady place! They are all incompetent and unprofessional! Never will I go back again and I will warn everyone I know about this horrible place!

Fast and friendly service. I have a diesel, and did full synthetic oil change, fuel filters, washer fluid, windshield wipers, and inspection done. In and out in 30 minutes. They had several guys working, more than they had people waiting, so well staffed. While sitting in the lobby, I watched various guys interact with people from all walks of life, and they were all super friendly and courteous. I even watched as they trained a couple guys. Will be back.

Extremely rude! This was the manager people. Suppose to be the personality of the site. I step out of my truck and take two teps in the garage and he tells me in a very rude voice" quit walking through my shop". I understand liabilities and all, but instead of saying "sir could you please use the front entrance like a professional he talks to me like I've been doing that all day? I dont think so... just lost a customer with three vehicles and will tell everyone I know not to use this place. Plus a bad review online. Think twice on how you talk to the public. Actually the employees were apologetics and more professional than the manager.Service: Oil change

I have used Horzion Oil Depot for years and they always do a great job. Kim the manager goes out of the way to make sure our cars are running properly and if they find a problem they are honest about it and tell you what you need to do to fix it. I really trust their service and know that my car and my son’s car are going to be well taken care of! Thank you!!!!Service: Oil change

Was there for just under 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. They have a modest beverage center (coffee, water, juice, soda) to enjoy while you wait. The staff greeted me promptly as i walked into the waiting room. These people will take care of you.
