I took my vehicle to this company because it was jerking. They charged me $1,350 for sensors and an air filter. My check engine light came on as soon as I pulled out the parking lot. I was told to bring it back. I took it back and they said repairs would be $900.00. My car was idling up so bad it was shutting off. It was worse than when I brought it in for repairs. I’m taking my vehicle elsewhere they will not get another dime out of me. I paid for a diagnostics test and was given a list with $10,000 worth of repairs. I told them to only fix the jerking issue, now they’re telling me the PCV valve needs to be replaced which did not show in the diagnostics test. My issue was not resolved just a waste of time and money.

This was a complicated solution to basically an oil leak. Even though the repair was pricey, we always feel that Horizon goes the extra mile in providing us a safe reliable vehicle. I trust them implicitly.

I took my car for an oil change and their checks. They told me to bring it in at 1 pm
I called several times but never got a straight answer. It was 545 when I went to pick it up and they hadn’t touched it. The manger told me that if I had 10 minutes he would not charge me for the oil. I stayed and they changed my oil for free. That was good and I was impressed but the conversation that I heard about an employee telling no I’m leaving for my holiday was unacceptable and I would fire them for insubordination. Just suffer without them until I found someone that did their damn job! I’m so upset I may not go back!!!!
Well I went back to flush my systems and they did a great job and i wanted to continue my review so people who read my review will know that I am satisfied with the results of how they run the business now! I believe that if you give them a chance they will get the job done properly!
This time I went in for an inspection and it took about an hour for them to finish which was great!?
I went in for a tuneup on my 09 Cadillac and several other things like power steering flush and an oil change! Everything went well and I was happy with the service!

NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!!!!!!! Horizon Auto center worked to repair my AC (Air Conditioner) on my truck less than 3 months ago. It cost me $1875, and has now quit working. I took it back to them and they said they found the issue (oil soaked compressor connector and wanted $215 to repair), I refused and picked up my truck. Upon inspection, it is not oil soaked, it was the Dielectric grease they put on the connector during their repair work 3 months ago. I will find another repair company and never use Horizon again. This is the second bad experience I have had with them. When they replaced the brakes on my wife's Nissan, they failed to tighten the bolts on one of the calipers and the bolts fell out causing major issues. Kenneth Nutt

Everyone here was very kind and helpful and their warranty seems great. However, prices are astronomical. We were quoted $3800 which seemed super high, so we went elsewhere and were quoted $1600 for the same exact services.
