Do not shop at this Cavenders ! They are rude ! Very childish employees! My cousin was kicked out for not speaking English ! They just stare at you like crazy .

Long avid shopper at Cavender’s from someone who spends a pretty penny at the store every year. I’m very disappointed in the service. There was a young lady wearing a red shirt working who was extremely rude. Gave really rude looks & rude responses. No one greeted us and asked if we needed help with anything so disappointed; what happened to that good service you used to have??

walk in immediately we are starred at by the employees, and no one took the time to greet us like they did the other customers walking in. No “hello”, “how are you today”, “May I help you” .. nothing but starring throughout our entire time in the store ,HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

the store itself was nice and well stocked, but the environment was not good. when we walked in there wasn’t a single greeting from any of the staff and it felt like we got weird looks from the people at the registers. it seemed like when it came to the people at the registers, there was only one person that knew what they were doing, for some reason three people were helping with a one person job. we didn’t have anyone offer to help or ask if there was anything in particular we came in for. strange atmosphere all together. also just wanting to throw this out there, this was on mother’s day! i was with my mother on mother’s day and still wasn’t even greeted once.

I went in today to purchase my nephew’s cowboy boots and I was very impressed by the customer service and huge selection. Alyssa helped me and she went above and beyond for me!

I had the pleasure of getting help from an associate named Braylon. He was so attentive in helping us. My fiancé was looking for his wedding outfit. Braylon was able to help us get the perfect hat and boots. He cleaned and shaped the hat for us and found a pair of boots for him. He was very respectful. He seemed happy to help us and gave us good advice on the products we purchased; The other workers seemed annoyed when we asked questions. We are very impressed and satisfied with the service we got.

Went to Cavender’s this evening and let me start by saying if I could give this place a 0 star I would! When my son and I first walk in immediately we are starred at by the employees, and no one took the time to greet us like they did the other customers walking in. No “hello”, “how are you today”, “May I help you” .. nothing but starring throughout our entire time in the store all because we’re black! It’s pretty sad that’s in 2024 and there is still prejudice against black people! This place will never get my business, upper management needs to teach their employees how to treat paying customers, don’t stare at black people and treat us equally as everyone else! I’ve been to several locations including the original location and I have NEVER received this treatment. I am very disappointed in Cavender’s boot city.

We bought our boots and a cowboy hat here. Top quality items. Also I needed my boots stretched and they did a marvelous job! I can now wear my beloved boots without foot pain. Thank you!!

Store was clean, staff was very eager to help, and overall there was much more than boots which is why I think......For being called boot city, they had a really limited selection of brands. I saw maybe three different brands: Justin, Ariat, & Wolverine. They had banners for Carhartt but none of their work boots. Their work boot selection could be vastly expanded.
