I don’t expect the workers to be experts but they’ve always been pretty helpful and nice. More importantly I found the turbo air freshener at this location! Easily made me very happy because I’ve been wanting to buy one for my fiancé!Also I bought my windshield wipers here and they’ve been amazing unlike the ones I got at Walmart that were USED. A little pricey but I haven’t had to worry about them in a hot minute!

Wish I could give zero stars!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They picked out and sold me a windshield wiper that didn't go yo my car and then refused to refund my money!!! I'm still in shock. I did nothing wrong and was treated as if I stole from the company. I will never be back.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. I enjoy going to this o'reilly's. I have to say the auto parts stores in the River Oaks and Fort Worth area and all the way to red oak are very friendly.
