An employee by the name of Muhammad, I believe he was a manager if I’m not mistaken, helped us out tremendously and got us hooked up with the best plan. I was very satisfied and would recommend him anytime!

I recently visited this T-Mobile store to buy a new phone, intending to keep my existing contract. The purchase was straightforward, but the next day I discovered the device SIM was locked. Upon contacting phone support, I learned the phone couldn't be unlocked without paying a fee or by just having to wait out a 24-month period, which is problematic for my international travel plans. When I came back to the store to return the phone, I was informed of a $70 restocking fee and encountered unprofessional remarks from the store representative. This experience highlights a lack of transparency in terms and conditions and customer service issues. I advise potential buyers to consider purchasing directly from manufacturers and to be cautious with T-Mobile services. This whole issue could have been avoided had the first store representative been transparent and upfront about all the fees and about the terms & conditions of the new phone. Keep in mind too, I paid for the new phone upfront in one payment, even then, I still did not 'own' my phone.

Tony at this T-Mobile store went out of the way to unlock an AT&T locked phone. He could have easily sold me a new phone. Respect for the time and effort!

Went to purchase the new iPhone, the latino lady who helped is was not very helpful. She was very pushy that we upgrade to the higher plan despite of me having the unlimited plan. Employees comment on customers and giggle. Very unprofessional. We left, went to an apple store & got the phone we wanted. I do not recommend this location. Don't waste your time!

Hello Everyone who is seeing this comment. I came into the store seeking a new plan and perhaps getting a new phone for my parents who are 55+ the manager was so Rude, he didn't even bother apologizing no matter how I talked to he/them seeking the price I saw online, he said I need to contact customer service and he wasted my time coming into the store and he just walked away. I said well this is what the T-mobile is showing but he could not see it on his end. T-Mobile needs to seek action towards the manager working there. I went around 2:40ish and he was working around that time. I don't want anyone to waste their time if they cant give right service but the manager showing attitude himself no matter how someone comes in but just apologize and say "Im sorry" that's all. good luck to anyone who goes there.
