“Convenient location, hours, and services. The owner seems very nice.I came to drop off usps packages and print a prepaid shipping label. It costs $2.50 to use the computer to print and $.49 cents per paper. Total is $3.24The $2.50 fee is unavoidable bc they charge the same fee if you email it to them to print and printer doesn’t connect to phone.Fort bend library & UPS prints for 10-20cents per paper. However, the owner did explain it was a convenience fee and he took my spare change and charged me a couple cents less. He was nice about it.I would come back again just to drop off usps packages, but can’t justify printing $3.24 for one paper ? Thank you”

“A lot of small mail stores around the area but this UPS is the best. Everyone is consistently watching, helpful, and working to get you in/out. If I ever have a random printing or shipping question, I know they will have good information and get everything sorted.”

“I have been using this center for 1 year now, and mostly what I do is drop off shipments, and rarely buy anything from them, yet they are so kind to me so far. The lady especially is friendly and helpful. Their shop is always clean and well tidied as well.”

“Staff are wonderful but I see that this store is very busy! I was waiting in line and saw a man fussing about buying tape even though he was kindly explained that amazon says it needs to be packaged by the buyer. Come on people it is 2023 and you are a grown man and you cant do it? People are a joke and rude now and days. This is a business not a place to get free things. Despite the attitude the staff gets and the pressure to perform while understaffed they do their best for the next customer! Loved their ability to still be friendly after getting yelled at by cheap/broke people with no morals or manners. Take it out on amazon not on these kind people. Keep up the good work! Its better to come here than the post office.”
