very bad service. they can't take responsibility of the car dropped at their facility. And they don't have a clue why the car is why the car is there and what is the problem. Not going back here any more. worst service.

I had to ask where my keys were when the car was finished being serviced. The technician initially stated the keys were in the car and then pulled the keys from outside on top of the windshield wipers. The keys could have been easily lost if I had driven off.

If anyone needs a great auto service place, the Jiffy lube in Aliana is awesome! Every time we have ever been there, they go above and beyond for service! They even sent a mechanic to our house to help reset my car’s computer because the car’s system had my parking break locked up! …and didn’t charge us!!! They are extremely friendly and helpful!!!!Service: Electrical

I've been to this location a couple of times already and I absolutely love this one over the others I have been to. The GM Tyler was also very professional, great customer service and letting me know what I needed done to the car and when. I'm definitely only coming to this location going forward.

I go to this location to service my car , their personals are outstanding, I was there today and my interaction with one of their technicians Brendon was great, he was very professional and honest about his findings and recommendations. He referred me to the BMW to get further diagnostics done before completing any repairs, as he did not want to complete any unnecessary repairs without knowing the actual cause - thank you ?Services: Tires

Beware guys. I was there with my car and I put in a new battery before going and the inspection was failed but the check engine light that was not on got activated at that same shop. I was informed to drive extra 200miles for the computer to reset. I did 220 miles and guess what they wanted from me when I came back for re-inspection, $199 for a tune up before they could wipe the same engine light that they activated. Guys don’t fall for the trick of “let me escort you to the office” stay on them and stay vigilant guys. Such a big name but with shady moves. Take your car to another place or risk falling into their trap.

Never had an issue with this location for over 3 years. In and out and never any issues with my vehicle....didn't have any issues when I drove it in 2 days ago for it's regularly scheduled oil change. New management I guess or whatever...and now oil light stays on at stops, goes out when driving, and check engine light came on. Vehicle now at mechanic's for 2 days....oil sensory sending unit had to be replaced, filter had to be replaced and there is no oil pressure. As a Sr citizen on a fixed income, this is not in the budget. I am not happy and will be seeking reimbursement for my mechanic bill. Will not ever go to Jiffy Lube again.

Everyone, that I've meet for years of me going to get my oil change, has been very professional, they treat your car are suv are truck like its new regardless of year make are models its always treated equal. And management is the best now Mr Trent, is holding it down when I first started my journey it was manager Mr Trevor,who now has moved on to bigger and more responsibilities with the company. Love you guys and girls. My cars and family thank you for your loyal service....

Recently in for an oil change and tire rotation. They messed up the TPMS which went haywire after we got on the road for a long distance trip. We discovered that the TPMS sensor on a tire was also missing. I contacted them to tell them this while we were on the road and ask them to order the sensor they lost. Have not heard back from them. We had the tires checked by someone else so we're able to continue the trip. Took the car back after returning to get the warning lights reset. They told us this was not part of the work. They also did not reset the oil life reminder. Have been to this shop several times w no problems, but every one seems to be new and much less careful than the old crew. Will not be using this shop in the future.Services: Tires

Couldn't tell me what the final price would be if I brought my own oil and I had a coupon code. Apparently, they don't check the coupon codes until after they do the work, which is misleading at best. My coupon code was for $10, which is over 20% of the total. It would be good to know beforehand if it's going to cost 20% more, if so, I'd just do it myself. They would not, so I did it myself. On the plus side, I do give myself a 5 star rating for that oil change. Thanks Jiffy Lube.And yes, I filed this same complaint against 3 stores. Each of those 3 stores gave me the same response. I would not be able to know the total (or if the coupon code was able to be applied) until I was at the store and paying for the service(s). Now, if they would've been willing to give me that total beforehand or only after the work was completed, I couldn't say, as I didn't go to either location to find out. I would prefer to know what I'm buying and how much it costs before leaving the house. It seems to work better than having to drive around from store to store to both compare prices as well as defend myself against any sales efforts about a package deal or a promotional offers or whatever that I not only don't need, but if I did, there may be a better price available, but now the sales associate is giving you a look, and it sounds like a good deal, I think, and then I wouldn't have to drive anywhere else. No, sir. It's 2023. Any reputable business, in an effort to be both transparent to their customers as well as to provide them with the fastest experience possible, should have every price and promotion available to view and pay online and through a trusted mobile wallet of that customers choice. As well as be able to schedule that service online, and know how many people are in the queue in front of them/how long until they get to them, and available options in the event that that amount of time becomes greater than how long a customer is willing or able to commit to. So, yes, I did file the same complaint against 3 stores that provided the same non-answer, and each of which attempted to instead get me to come on down to their location.

I came this morning 07/08 for a regular oil change and state inspection as I usually did at this location for the past 2 years. I brought my own synthetic oil and I surprised that the price goes up double since my last time receiving oil change service at this location.The worst part was not about the oil change but the state inspection. I left my car there and they said they would call me when its done in approximately 1-1.5 hrs. 2hrs passed and I didn’t receive any call. Then I checked and they said my car was ready for pick up. But the inspection failed because it had a power sterling fluid leak and the cost to fix it is $200-$300. It sounded something wrong to me as my car has no power sterling fluid pump to being leaked. My model has an electrical power sterling wheel system, so no fluid exists in order to be leaked. Then I took it to another auto shop to double check immediately and my state inspection was done quickly and passed with no problems at all. The technician at this auto shop said I can consider suing this Jiffy Lube location because they stated and recommended to fix the problem that doesn't exist in my car.Please stay away from this Auto shop to avoid being ripped off by unprofessional, untrustworthy mechanics! This deceptive service should be notified to everyone and should not exist in our luxurious Aliana community.Service: Oil change

Loses expensive key fob and doesn't care.My wife took her vehicle in for a state inspection. When she was leaving, the technician told her that the key fob was in the vehicle. She drove to another place, but could not find the fob, so she drove home. At home, we found the fob on the hood of the vehicle. That's right -- OUTSIDE!It is a miracle that she made it home with the fob. They could have left her stranded on the side of the road with a hefty bill to replace the fob on top of it.The worst part was, when I called to address it with them, they literally DID NOT CARE because there was no damage.The manager would not have even brought it to the technician's attention if I hadn't suggested that he let the tech know so that it doesn't happen to anyone else.He acted surprised that I even suggested it.

Got my inspection done here. Really friendly staff, nice, and professional. I always appreciate great customer service considering how long I've been in the customer service industry as well.Plus it was done in a very timely manner. Super happy with Jiffy Lube. Will definitely be bringing in my vehicle here for any vehicle maintenance.
