To be honest, I don't know too much on how the price compares to other tech shops in the area.What I do know, is that for a shop that is obviously for profit, it's actually quite accommodating. Was willing to let me order the part through them and repair it myself, as well as barely add on to the fee when it was, perceivably, a very simplistic procedure.And when it *did* do a repair on another of my units, it was assessed quickly and handled beautifully. I'll have to keep this place in mind.

Happy to have my phone back and functional! Many thanks to Samrat at Smart Techs Mac Cellphone Computer Repair Richardson for replacing the charger port. He also replaced the screen for my husbands' 15" Macbook Pro another time. He is kind, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him if you have any phone/computer issues.

These guys are also awesome and competitively priced. I have used for the following screen repairs: iPhone SE2, iPhone 11, iPhone 7, iPad Mini, and Apple Watch 1. Each time the repair was under 30 minutes, if they have the parts in stock, which is 95% of time. These guys know their stuff. Both Sam and Rohan are second to none in terms of knowledge and skill set. They were late opening one Sunday and I left, after waiting 30 minutes. 15 minutes after I drove off, they called me back and explained they were late, because they had to pick up parts for another customer. So they asked me to come back and gave me a $50 discount for my inconvenience. They are the go-to guys for smart tech repairs. I will always use for along as I’m in the DFW.
