This place is the best highly recommend. Had plaguing injury issues that were not resolved elsewhere until I started working with Karlan. In my case I was getting hurt in one place because another area was weak and I was overcompensating, he helped me identify and fix the root cause of my injury . Karlan is very knowledgeable of the body. Now whenever I have anything I can be confident I will get the best care here.

Did my knee rehab here in 2015 after surgery...and again after an arthritis flair up in 2020. Karlan and his team are fantastic! I actually looked forward to seeing him and his team despite all the hard work involved with PT. They'll push you (safely) to get your best results and recovery. The patient always comes first here.

10 Days after shoulder surgery I found myself driving around the area looking for a physical therapy clinic when I found this one, and it was the best decision I could've made.Front office: Donna is the first person to greet you with a smile and make you feel at home. This is a good thing as you will probably be spending a lot of time here if you just had surgery. She is willing to work out a billing and pt schedule with you and it truly feels that money does not come first here.Matt has been a huge help, extremely knowledgeable, willing to push your limits every week, yet still being careful. He's a fun guy to be around, I never thought I would find PT enjoyable but I did. The next generation of PTs is lookin promising.Dr. Karlan, wow, this guy carefully reviews each patient's file and makes decisions accordingly, TRUST these decisions. Your surgeon may suggest different methods but let me remind you who is actually the one rehabilitating people day in and day out. Karlan has done an amazing job getting my shoulder back to how it was pre-injury, so much so that it feels way more smooth compared to my other, untouched shoulder.PT is a marathon, it's tough physically but just as much mentally. I'm glad I had the best team around guiding me through every milestone. Look no further, this is the place you need to step foot into.

I just left my surgeon's office, 13 days after my ACL surgery. He said that I am doing tremendous and it is likely due to my physical therapist. I am up walking, have almost full range of motion back and my swelling is minimal. 13 days!!! Dr. Karlan and his staff know what they are doing and they do it very well.

As someone who likes to train hard at an age when most have slowed down, Karlan and his Team have kept me in the game on many occasions. Not only are they highly professional while providing individualized solutions, they are also people that you will be happy to know as friends. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

One of the best places we have been to, my daughter came back from ACL and meniscus tear, 8 months after surgery she had her 1st game today. She did great and was ready thanks to Elite Therapy

Dr. Armstrong has always provided my friends and I with stellar service that has great outcomes. I have had countless injuries when it has come to sports, and Dr. Armstrong always made sure I stayed on top of my exercises so that I could return as soon as possible. On top of that, all of the assistants are so fun to work with. They make the painful process of recovery bearable - sometimes even fun! All of this is offered at a reasonable price. The location is great, just off of George Bush, and the clinic is always clean and fresh. I would 10/10 recommend.
