Regretfully only giving this place 3 stars. The front desk staff was okay and my lash tech was kind but I am super not thrilled with my lashes. I showed my tech a picture of what I normally get, and she really tried to upsell me on the hybrid. I understand that this is a business that’s MO is to make the most money but I’ve never had a problem getting the look I want with just a classic set before. I might as well not have any lashes on at this point. The application is fine but it’s just not what I asked for. They are so short and subtle it’s insane. I would say definitely come here if you want the natural and barely noticeable look but I can’t say I’ll be returning. For 129$ for a full set I’m pretty displeased. It’s a shame too because I have been looking for a new lash studio and this place had great reviews. I kind of figured my lashes weren’t going to turn out, since she really tried to convince me on the hybrid set, but I didn’t think they’d be this bad (bad meaning just barely there) 3 stars ultimately because the staff was pretty friendly and the studio was clean and mostly on time but be wary that if you’re looking for a decent full set for a decent price this is not the place for you.

Got my lashes done and they destroyed my natural lashes so that I essentially have to grow out my no longer existent lashes. Seems like a revolving door of lash techs that don't care.

I got a text asking for feedback. I let them know I lost about 20 lashes in the first 24 hours and that my tech didn’t wash my lashes to prep before beginning the service. I wasn’t mad, I wasn’t asking for anything, I was just letting them know. They offered a complimentary service, but I let them know I would not be able to get back in until the end of the week. I received a long message back explaining that I was probably not a good candidate for lashes that essentially denied responsibility for the problem. They gave me dates and comments from prior visits stating that I was having retention issues. None of the techs ever communicated these retentions issues to me so there was never any attempt to figure out what was causing them. I have never complained about retention issues before because I have never had so much fallout in a single day. I did receive one complimentary service before due to major fallout on the first day, but even that time I was calling to schedule a refill a couple days later and they offered the service complimentary (again I didn’t ask this is was their idea). The person I spoke with refused to acknowledge the fact that no one addressed any longstanding retention issues prior or tried to give me and solutions as the experts to help resolve these issues. I was not even aware there was a problem and had never once complained. Now after one complaint I’m suddenly not a good candidate for lashes? When I suggested that the loss of lashes was due my lashes not being washed/prepped, they once again denied responsibility by reminding me I was 8 minute late to my appointment. If you’re willing to take someone late, communicate with the person and let them know they might not get as many lashes placed, but don’t skip an important step in the process that is important for infection control and retention. The person I was talking to was more interested in being right than acknowledging the poor service I had received. Even now I’m sure they will read this and think I’m upset about the lash fallout, which is not the issue at all.
