We have had several street signs made from this company which turned out great. Our last sheet was printed on the wrong color. We didn't open the set until a year later (which was our fault for not opening them until we needed them). I contacted iCandy to see if they could help even though it had been a year. They offered us to reprint them for 50%. We accepted the offer, but when it came time to print them they did not honor their offer. They said it was only if they printed over the old ones, which was NEVER told to me. We sold the old ones to make money to buy the new ones. Don't offer something to someone if you are not going to follow through with it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I would be careful if you use them. I would say to get everything in writing, which I did, but it still didn't help me. They did not honor what they offered, due to their mistake.

We own a few different local businesses and have worked with icandy for years on various projects such as truck and trailer wraps, large signage, banners, etc. The entire team - Mike, Pam, Stephanie and all the installers are great. They go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our projects and design/installations are completed in a timely fashion.

We work with Icandy for all of our high schools yards signs and car decals. I cannot say enough amazing words about them and their service!! Stephanie and Roy are very organized and do our multiple orders in such a quick turn around time for us every single time! The quality is top notch and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for signage. Our high school is in Frisco and they are 100% worth the drive for us to McKinney because they are the BEST!!! Check out Icandy for all of your sign needs!!!

I spoke with Pam, and was looking for a local place that might do Cranial Band wraps. While this wasn’t a service they offered, Pam went above and beyond to research and call another location to help me get the info I needed. Wow! Great customer service even knowing it didn’t mean a sale or anything like that. I may not be a customer for this particular need today, but I definitely will reach out in the future and recommend others check them out!
