What is up with the whole leave a secure voicemail when you want to speak to the pharmacist. This is a horrible idea because they don't call back. Why would they implement something that makes the customer service experience worse ? Horrible feature and they wonder why people take their business elsewhere.

My blood thinners (injections) are a matter of life and death for me and they haven’t been able to get it together for DAYS! Don’t have my anti nausea meds in stock. Are you freaking kidding me!? How about not kill someone because your pharmacy is inadequate!!!!!! Will NEVER come back here!

I bought something for pickup, and when I opened it the box was opened, so then i counted how many were there, there was supposed to be 10 total and there was 1 missing. I will not be returning to this cvs, the staff couldn't care less if we actually have what we paid for. I didn't go back to ask for a different one because 1, when I was placing my pickup order it showed there was only 1 left in stock and 2, he would've probably thought I took 1 out and was asking for a refund or something so I didn't even want to bother.

Visited CVS located at 2451 E University Dr in Prosper. I was helped by RICHA who was very efficient and accommodating she went out of her way to assist me as i am hearing impaired. Your company deserves a lot of credit in having employees such as her who apparently makes customer satisfaction a priority. Kudos to her for doing a great job!

I now understand why this CVS has such terrible reviews. Literally the worst and most unhelpful experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. Both in person when I asked questions and when I called back to reference the questions I asked in person. I suggest just driving a little further and going to another pharmacy.

This CVS Pharmacy is one of the worst. They never answer the phones, have rude staff and pharmacists, and are always understaffed, refusing to hire more help. Prescription fills are never on time. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Worst pharmacy ever, rude staff and their wait time is insane inside as well as in drive-way. Once you get to a window, tech is showing up after 15 minutes to greet.I wish some other pharmacy comes near by so we don’t have to go here anymore.

The pharmacy in this area has consistently let me down. I've had multiple issues with them and it seems like they don't care anymore. They have never managed to fill a prescription on time, and if you happen to go before closing, they always seem to find an excuse not to fill your prescription. I've finally had enough and made the decision to switch to another pharmacy. Save your energy and go someplace else.

worst pharmacy ever! poorly staffed and never have rx ready on time. Sat in the drive thru forever waiting on peoples rx to get filled in front of me then mine hadn't been filled when I was just there yesterday and it wasn't ready Then. Awful service.

It seems like no matter where I live , CVS pharmacy has the worst staff ever. I received my son's medications and half the bottle was open and leaked all over the bag. This was the second time I received medication where the lid or peel was OPENED on my son's medication bottles! We didn't realize until we got home from picking up our prescriptions. When I tried to call , the pharmacy leaves you on hold for 30 plus minutes! By the time 30 minutes went by, the pharmacy was closed!

This happened the 2nd time so I am writing this review hoping owner sees it.Thursday 5.45pm I go to this pharmacy and they say we are not taking any prescriptions for today go to different CVS. On asking them to take it and i can come tomorrow to pick up they again say same and ask me to come tomorrow morning. Please know this is Thursday 5.45pm. Not a busy day, hardly 10 ppl in store, and pharmacy has 6-7 ppl working. My medicine takes 2 hrs to make its a perident antibiotic for teeth or something, but they wont take prescriptions also.@owner please do make some timeline rule so that they dont say no to taking prescriptions.Now what ends up happening is i have to come again tomorrow for giving prescription and after 2 hrs again to collect. So 3 trips instead of 2.I hope something would be done so that no other customer faces this. I ended up going to different CVS which was having queue of medicine pickup and lesser workers but they took my prescription and called me in 2 hrs. Please compare, and take needful action.And this has happened twice now in same store, the other time was in June or july and it was same evening time.
