Big rip off. Dont stay there. They charge you $150 deposit and then dont give it back when you leave. They tell you they will send it in the mail and you never get it.

Just moved in a month ago and I love it! Nice showers and laundry rooms and the people are super friendly.The recreational area is beautiful! We have been here since May and love it! ?

We have had our 5th wheel here for years and wouldn’t have it in any other place in POC. Management is responsive and the entire park is always clean.

Management works daily to keep grounds perfect. Great access to Froggies boat ramp. Showers and bathrooms kept clean. Staff looks after your stuff when you're away. Bar within crawling distance. Tackle shop across street. Restaurant on corner. Friendly on site staff. My stuff is safe when I'm gone.

Excellent facilities for peace and quiet. Management couldn’t be nicer or moreAmenable. Very reasonable cost with nice clean restroom and washateria amenities for those who want/ need them. Boat launching and ICW three blocks with full bait shop. Excellent fully stocked tackle store across the street. I come down monthly for the“Get away” peace and relaxing atmosphere.
