I waited in the bathroom for 10 minutes for toilet paper. They don't care. They kept saying someone is coming... evidently from the tp factory. Thank God a lady gave me tissue paper. This store is not only disgusting their complete lack of customer service is alarming. I have nothing good to report.

Tam is very disrespectful! Tam should not be a "manager", very unprofessional. I will never go to Target in Port Arthur again!

Target in Beaumont tx would sell Christmas after Christmas because corporate said box it up at 6 am I was there at 9. Checkers were rude about Christmas in my buggy.

I’m gonna completely honest….It may be a great place to shop, but it is a terrible place to work… in fact I have learned that this is the worse Target in the area to work and shop at. As someone who use to work there, I find it crazy how once you apply for a certain position, not only do they try your patience when you need the job the most, but once you do get the job, what you applied for is thrown completely OUT of the window only for you to be switched into an are that not only you didn’t apply for, but a position that you were not mentally prepared to handle AND not properly trained in. Instead of hiring people that actually applied for said position and not pairing new person up with someone who has nothing but ill intention to make the new and actually good workers look bad by messing up their areas after literally fixing it every single morning(… LaTrell….) and not holding that team lead accountable, You all would use every tyrannical bone in your body to try to expose said workers for something you all decided to set them up for failure on! It seems as though this facility only mainly cares about gaslighting their workers and not preparing their workers for whats right and literally only care about team leads to the point where nobody in the store will get better hours with better pay and with better training. You all expect people to know everything without teaching anything. Another thing, the fact that you decided to not let someone take the day off to see their grandmother who got into an accident, or let someone off who had a serious miscarriage, OR let someone go back to their hometown to get legal issues resolved is disgusting and sickening. You value money over your workers and it’s very inhumane, you much rather make your workers suffer in silence just so you can have more people on the line. I can see why this facility was knocked out of the #1 spot for the area…. I’ve never worked for a company so self-centered. I would not wish this on my worst enemy… you all need to change some things around or else y’all are gonna continue being the worst… literally treat your workers like garbage and it makes me honestly sick… I will be reporting to corporate about this issue. Y’all already lost the store manager (sad) y’all are about to lose some more people if y’all don’t fix it…. No one should ever have to suffer like this at a job and be fired behind some irrational nonsense that should have all fell back on you!…

Went to Target this morning to last minute Christmas shop. I arrived between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. I made my selections then attempted to purchase my items. There were no staffed registers. I prefer not to self check so I inquired about an available cashier. I was told by an associate that it was not his area and he turned to walk away. I asked if he could get an answer. He motioned toward an associate standing near self checkout. She looked in my direction, turned and walked off. So I left the basket and went to Walmart, which I initially dreaded. But they had several staffed registers. I should have remembered that I placed an online order last Christmas season for pickup at this Port Arthur store . When I went to retrieve it, there was no designated line for online orders. There was only one person working the customer service counter. I cancelled the online order and placed an Amazon order for the same items for less and they delivered to my door. I've learned and will retain my lesson. Avoid Target; this store in particular

If I could rate this target a no star I would they over charged my husband we got family pjs but they ran up my 12 year old daughters pjs as 30$ when it was 18 all because the lady was to lazy to type down the number on the tag so she marked it as an adult price my husband explained to her that I had already searched the price on the app and it said a different amount and she still insisted that they all are at the same price so my husband paid since he is so embarrassed to return stuff and I was at the car be careful when you buy and make sure they charge you the correct amount people now a days have a job and are to lazy to do their job right

I always enjoy Target. I get good deals with my circle discounts and 5% with my Red Card. It's pleasant. Plus, I enjoy the option of having an actual person check me out. Self checkout is a racket anywhere. Give me a human. There's always at least one human at Target. I like that.

They are always so nice at this target location in port Arthur . And they make their returns process so easy and fast . And this store is always spotless and clean !

I love Target. the variety of products, the friendly employees, my family enjoy exploring the value area in the front of the store. The pricing isn't bad. However, I do have two problems. size 2x is the maximum size you will find in store for men. I also hate the self check.

Jessica at Returns/Exchanges was so nice and made the process so incredibly quick and easy! The experience was really a breath of fresh air because I was worried that the return process may be complicated but it turned out to be the exact opposite!
