UPDATE: GAVE ANOTHER CHANCE, EXACT SAME THING! THEY WERE GOING TO APPLY MY CHANGE(10 DOLLARS) TO MY ACCOUNT BC THEY "DIDN'T HAVE CHANGE". I REPORTED THEM DIRECTLY TO TMOBILE THIS TIME! THE COMPLAINT WAS ESCALATED. Whatever these young ladies are doing, it's in poor professionalism. The young lady at this establishment did as SHE saw fit with MY money. I spoke with her manager and explained that she may need more training. In short, I literally had to call T-Mobile's customer service line from my phone to file a complaint that never had to be filed if the manager would have just "managed" the poor customer service of her employee

Jesus was awesome! He seen that I was frustrated because the other guy skipped me but he came over to apologize and took care of what I needed. He went above and beyond for me and i really appreciate it! Jesus you are the BEST!!!!!

I love this T-Mobile Better than the one by Starbucks their customer service is amazing and they are always making sure my account stays up to date I highly recommend them they NEED A RAISE keep it up Ladies

We had 2 brand new I-Phones 12’s purchased on our account by an unauthorized person or persons. It’s been almost a month and T Mobile still will not tell us who it was that stole from us. T Mobile will not show us the ID used to purchase the two new phones or even the video footage. We have been T Mobile customers for 14 years and this is how they treat us. Now we are working with PA Police Dept and they can’t even get this evidence from their Corporate Fraud Dept. We have been totally left in the dark on all of this… probably bc the T Mobile employee that sold these people the phones was in on it as well. I would not suggest anyone trust this store or T Mobile period.

I wanted to get the new iPhone SE 2020! The two ladies working were very quick and friendly. I wanted to keep the same number I had but when I didn’t know my account or PIN number from my other carrier, they took the time to try to figure out how to keep my number. It was a bit of a process but I got to keep my number and all of my information from my old phone! I just switched from straight talk a day ago and I’m liking the service so far. I’m only paying $13 a month for the phone and $65 for the plus service. So far so good.

Manager which is a Middle aged white female , discriminates if you are not white. She’s clueless and doesn’t know how to do her job even though she just became manager. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a cell phone store. She needs to be fired ASAP because I spent 2 and a half hours and she changed my credit results to make me not want to purchase the phone.
