I like the store. Took a little longer to get what i wanted. Just hard to find someone to help you find something sometimes. It'd be nice if you could search item on website to tell you location.

They need a map in the front of the store or a kiosk where you can find what you need without having to go up and down every isle!

Among so many things wrong with this store this is my most recent issue. so I need a something to grind concrete. What I need is a diamond cup wheel for my angle grinder. Half inch Arbor and all they have is diamond cup Wheels for a grinder with a 5/8 inch Arbor. Unfortunately they neither sale an adapter for a half inch Arbor to 5/8 inch Arbor nor do they sell the actual,angle grinder that I would the be happy to buy but unfortunately they don't have one so what they have is an accessory for a tool they don't have

I was in Lowes on Wednesday and had the pleasure of being assisted by Syed ...he was in the light bulb section. Yes, light bulbs. Who knew picking light bulbs were so difficult. But anyways, he was very attentive and helped me to choose the perfect items to fit my needs. Thank you Syed for being good example of a great employee.

Was in dire need of a freezer for the garage since our old one suddenly died. I was very thankful that the app was correct and they had a freezer on the floor for immediate pickup. I was also pleased by the quick service by Jonathan and his colleagues getting be checked out at the register and getting the freezer loaded into my truck. You saved the day (and all the things in my freezer)!

Ask for help finding a certain light, a employee was call to the area i waited for 15 to 20 minutes they never showed up so I left the store, I had other items I was going to buy but I put them back before leaving.

I received a call with an 888 area code so I didn’t answer it because it was an unknown caller. When I left a message it was to the Port Arthur store and I’m trying for 10 minutes to get somebody to answer a phone and no one answered first of all. Why do you call me with the store phone number in the 409 area code where I live instead of an 888 number?

This place is cool I've been to my share of Lowe's. This was a nice change things were mellow not chaotic staff was helpful and very friendly.

Great service in appliances! Marsha was very knowledgeable helpful and efficient. She helped me find all new appliances at a great price. I will always visit Lowes first! Delivery was timely.

This place is a hit and miss type of place. But I do feel like most of the employees are just dragging along, not really doing their job. I hate when people are not loading park in the loading zone. I think that the store needs better management. I'm being generous with the 3 stars.
