The staff were quick to help and very friendly. My issue is not with the staff but with Capital One. They are working hard to be just an online bank. They have closed numerous offices. I now have to drive 20 miles for personal service

Customer service could be better. They are not that friendly and they need to get money bags. They don't ever have anything when you ask. I asked for $50 bands and they don't even have that anymore either??♀️

Commercial banks, in the past, were known for superior customer service, readiness to assist patrons, and friendly staff-they cared. Unfortunately, my experiences at this branch is the opposite. I found the personnel here condescending and racist. They are more concerned with controlling the narrative than listening to customers and offering a courteous, appropriate solution.

UPDATED.!!!!!!!! I've been at this banking institution for 20 plus years. Back in November I opened up a dispute due to fact that 1 of the items purchased I never received it and the other was of very poor quality. I tried to fix the issue with vendors but they didn't want to help me my claim for reimbursement has been denied twice I sent capital one the information requested and spoke with several representatives. They have denied my refund again in the investigation department they need better representatives. I will Close my account with them and find someone I can trust. As I've NEVER had an issue with them before. But I think it's time to take my business elsewhere. Really upset with them!!!! Don't recommend their investigation team at all as they seem to help the people who are shady. And are just as guilty by helping them... I have requested that a supervisor from the investigation team contact me or give me information to contact them 3 times now they're telling me I didn't send them information they requested I sent them EVERYTHING I HAD!!! they still refuse to help me so at the end of the day one day they will need someone to help them and I pray they find the right help. SO INVESTIGATION TEAM YOU NEED TO REVISIT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS... IN MY OPINION WHICH I AM INTITLED TO I GIVE YOU A BIG 0!!!!!!!!!! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A BANK THAT WILL HELP YOU SHOULD SOME SHADY STUFF OCCUR WITH YOUR FUNDS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS BANK IS OF NO HELP WHATSOEVER UNLESS YOUR A PROMINENT MEMBER I ASSUMEAS THE OWNER RESPONDED TO A DR. THAT GAVE HIM A GOOD REVIEW BUT NOT TO MINE NEEDING HELP WITH HIS INVESTIGATION REP!! BIG FAT 0 IN HELP RETRIEVING YOUR LOST FUNDS DUE TO SHADY PEOPLE STEALING FROM YOU!!!!!!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR FOR THERE INVESTIGATION SERVICE.

If I could give Negative stars I would. If someone in your establishment is opening a bank account and cannot use the restroom, for our elderly citizens, please grow up. Covid, or not, I would love to see how anyone here would love to see their close relative have to go elsewhere to use the restroom. Good job!

This is beyond an amazing bank. We have had bad issues with other banks but this bank has been THE BEST! Even though they are a major bank they give you that home local bank feeling. They take every one of our issues personal. We have had issues with things in our account fron other vendors and Capital One takes care of them personally as if they are family. Not only that, the bankers and managers take personal interest in their customers. Hannah over heard my wife say it was our anniversary and had an anniversary gift given to us just to show kindness and appreciation. 10 years and no complaints. Great job Capital One.

I will be moving everything to another local bank because Capital One has gone overseas with their customer service. This is the last straw of many issues about how disconnected they are becoming with their local customers. Making everything you need done online and over the phone. The branch cannot even pull up your account at the local branch. I do not like giving all my information to someone in another country, and the gentleman I spoke with in a service center in Costa Rica was rude and impatient and did not like me asking questions about where he was located and when I asked for his name. No personal service at all anymore. Now I know why all the people I used to know left and went somewhere else. :/

Always friendly and greet you to recognize your presence. Very helpful and knowledgeable . Some people go into these institutions with attitudes because the have a problem or be in a hurry, but what they don't realize is customer service reps are people too , speak to the with respect and you will get great service. I know the reps are suppose to give great service because it's part of their job but , no matter what your reason is for going into the bank, most likely you will need assistance ,so be nice.....everyone is not made from the same cloth.
