Jennifer De Dias was amazing. I didn't go into the store to buy anything but instead was just doing recon on the iPhone 15 pro max and recon on the apple 9 watch. Once I entered the store Jennifer immediately came talk to me. I told her that I didn't want to buy anything just to do some recon. I advised to her that I will later upgrade from Samsung to IPhone online. Jennifer was so polite and engaging. She told me to let her know if I had any questions. (I liked that because she was not pushy). She allowed me to look around then about not even a minute later she asked ,so kindly, if she can help me figure out some stuff. I loved that she was not trying to sale me anything but truly just wanted to help. She was very knowledgeable on her products. Long story short, I went from doing my upgrade online to doing my upgrade in the store, bought 3 accessories, added the group insurance, and getting a new line Apple Watch. When I get great customer service I really want upper management to know because Jennifer D really went above and beyond. If you can please please please pass this information along to her manager and her manager's manager. I really want them to know my experience and to give a personal thanks to Jennifer for all the information, knowledge, kindness, and awesome customer service that she gave. Sorry that the feedback was so long but I really wanted to express my experience to you. Thanks.

Jen was amazing and very knowledgeable she was able to assist me with adding a line and also upgrading my phone service with no additional cost. I would recommend her to anyone needing help. Her customer service was phenomenal.

We just switched to AT&T and Isaac Peterson was our representative and he was amazing!! He helped us with any questions we had and set our new phones up! He was very knowledgeable!! I highly recommend asking for him in the Port Arthur store!❤️

When I first arrived at the store in Nederland, I was told to sign in, and the representative was very rude about it. I signed my name reason for my visit, which was an online pick up order, and I also put my phone number on the sign in sheet. There was at least four or five customers ahead of me so the lobby was full nowhere to sit. I went to my car because I had my dog with me to wait for them to call me when my name came up. Received a call from them. I watched customers leave and come in and get served and leave again so I called them from my car outside the building. A lady answered the phone and I asked her how long it would take for me to pick up my online order. And told her that I had been waiting 30 minutes and nobody has called me. She told me that she or somebody else had called every number on the sign in sheet which was a lie and got no answer. I had my ringer on, and I was speaking on the phone that the number that I had written down on the sign in sheet so I knew that they did not call me because I have been waiting and watching outside the building in my car. She told me that I would be next. I waited another 30 minutes and still did not receive a phone call. So I went inside the store and stood there waiting. There was three working there with nobody in front of them. They wasn’t helping anybody they sent one home and the other one went to lunch and then the lady that ended up helping me waited another 10 minutes before Coming up to me and asking me if she could help me. The problem that I have the most about this visit is I live 40 minutes from the store there was an AT&T store five minutes from my house and I don’t understand why I had to go all the way to Nederland instead of the Orange store. The lady turned my phone off and did not activate my new phone so I had to ride home with no phone if I had gotten in a wreck or if something went wrong with my vehicle I would have not had a way to call for help. So this experience was really bad for me, but I do love the phone and that’s all I have to say about this survey , thank you

Stopped in to pay a prepay bill. Greeted by 2 friendly associates, both very friendly. Continued to kiosk, ask for assistance. Lexi came and took care of everything..Decided to get new phone, , Lexi and another associates took care of everything. The rest of the staff was very friendly and professional..

Terrible service not recommended at all. I had to sit and wait for over 30 mins and no one came to help with my problem the manager decides to do other things instead of help out customers. Knowing her coworkers were busy. After closing and finally decided to help she told me she couldn’t do anything and to call customer service about a SIM card I wish she could have told me that before she made me waste about 45 minutes of my time.

They never say the truth, just are thinking how to engage you with a service and they dont care what happen later. If you purchase a phone or a service all the time they lie you, and if you have problem, in other words they say i dont care. They never can fix nothing at the store, the supervisor doesnt have words to talk with no boddy and they dont try to find a way to help you in case you got a problem. I dont recomend this store and i dont recomend ATT at all. Bad service as company and working with the people.All the time i have to fight woth them because they lie behind lie.

Service could've been better. Rather than sitting on a stool and talking across the room to potential customers. Get up and actually be involved with their process.
