Very professional & friendly staff, the dentist was very nice & explained every detail, also he adhered to everything that I wanted done & the Manager was also nice & very helpful explaining my out of pocket expense & my dental insurance for my dental work.

I was amazingly suprised at the level of customer service I recieved with Aspen Dental! I accidently threw away my partial that i had been wearing for several years and in addition to that, i also had a front tooth break. I had a trip planned in 5 days when i went in for my first appointment and I had every expectation that I would have to cancel my trip due to the short time frame. But amazingly they were able to pull my broken tooth and make a new partial and i was able to go on my trip as planned! I never dreamed that they would have the technology and thier onsite lab to accomplish what i was certain would be impossible!The entire staff and Dr.were all so sympathetic and eager to help with my situation. Not only were they able to complete the job, but thier work was so natural in appearance and fit perfectly!Thank you Aspen Dental for doing such an amazing job and also going above and beyond for me!!

They told my wife that she could get oral surgery done and she put down $260. The oral surgeon didn't even have his license when they told her he did so they tried to reschedule her appointment a month out. She opted to have her money refunded as she didn't trust them anymore and it's been 2 weeks and we still haven't received the money back.

I always have a great experience at my appointments. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. My hygienist, Alysia, always explains everything in a clear and relatable way to make sure I understand my treatment and the risks of not following recommendations. She is very friendly and makes me feel confident about the outcome of treatments.

My mom went here to get her new dentures because her current ones were breaking. They told her they could have them done within 2 weeks. She paid $5,500. 2 months went by and they keep giving her the run around. Being rude, not answering the phone. They keep telling her they have to order parts for her dentures. If this was the case why didn’t they tell her that at the beginning instead of telling her that it would be 2 weeks. Her current dentures are loose now, she can’t eat and is in pain. In order to talk to someone she has to go in person. They kept telling her they would call her once they came in. She went in today and they told her that they were still waiting for the part. When I asked her why is it taking so long the lady went and checked and the part was actually there. So why wasn’t she informed and scheduled to come in? Why did my mom have to show up in person for someone to do something? They don’t care about their patients they are only there for a paycheck. Dental services are not cheap. She paid good money for the service to be treated like this. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE

I have been to this location twice now. Both my procedures were very complex/invasive. I cannot give this location a good enough review. Each and every one of them went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. They definitely took the fear and anxiety away. Mrs. Cynthia now that woman is awesome! The world needs more people like the crew there at Aspen!

I’m very pleased they are part of my network, I got there lte to my appointment and they still made room for me and my tooth pain. They were courteous and helped me out with my pain. Thanks a lot Aspen Dental.

Giving the extent of my oral health, I was very nervous going for my appointment. Everyone in the office made me feel very comfortable. Cynthia Altamirano(the office manager) assisted me in the in the best way possible. I was worried about my payments but she put me at ease because she told me my insurance is covering the total cost.....I love this dental office.

Nothing but lies and thieves. Stole 240$ and will not refund it. Unauthorized transaction. Always a different excuse Everytime you call not to refund the money. Total scammers.

After being excited to finally fix my teeth I went to this location and was confident in the Dentist. After 4 extractions and a temporary partial I’ve been in pain for over a week. I’ve been lied to regarding prescriptions, treated rudely by office staff and am now without teeth to eat with, still in pain and scared to return to finish treatment. No one answers the phone so you either have to go in or leave a message if you’re having an emergency issue. When I finally got a prescription it was for the one pain medication that I informed them I cannot take. And no one there cared at all about the pain and suffering I am going through.

Great place. Everyone is so understanding of self pay/no insurance and works with you to get the treatment you need. Once insurance from my job kicks in, I'll be sure to come back and finish up my treatment!

I went in to get a filling and a cleaning ( I had a broken filling). They wasted my time with all kinds of "fancy" 3D this and that and I got no cleaning or filling. They put me in an office to discuss the " plan". They wanted me to schedule all kinds of periodontal work before even doing the filling. Now let's talk about the "dentist " who looked like he was either on his way to or from the gym and he had bad breath!

Perfect practice. Up to date equipment. Very fast and thorough. Everyone was gentle and informative. Only issue I had was they say they are affordable and they ARE NOT! I was shocked to find out what I'd need to pay to have the work done I needed.
