Im from Dallas came to Ponder in 1991 This Post Office and there crew are the best I was shocked !! I love them they will do anything they can and know most of there customers by name !!! They are dedicated people and they actually care

Best post office I've ever been to, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to help me. We are really blessed here in Ponder to have such a great post office!

Probably the absolute worst post office experience consistently here. Any packages I'm supposed to receive in my mailbox even the tiny ones are kept at the post office & I don't get any notification in my box stating so, I've also had a package never received due to theft as well. If gps tracking says it's at your post office but 'you don't have it' it's been stolen by your employees.. Their hours are ridiculous as well, if you're not retired or thinking about going around 11:30-12:30 like people would in real life. I strongly recommend if at all possible avoid this post office

Best pizza buffet there is. Their Buffalo Chicken pizza is like no other and amazing. Always lots of choices and even has a salad bar too (for the weirdos who don't like pizza).
