I am very dissapointed in the way Robert has changed towards his customers. Customer care is almost nonexistent. If you call they don't even answer anymore they just put you on hold. I managed to get thru one day to ask about a rx and after 20 minutes on hold I hung up. Someone else said it was his staff but it all comes from the top.His staff have always been pleasant but can't day the same about Robert. He seems totally stressed out.life is too short Robert.

I really hate to put a negative review on a local business, but prices here are 3x more expensive than what I’ve always gotten at Kroger. The drive-thru also takes 20-30 minutes if you’re the first one to the window. The cars behind me were likely there an hour+. Sorry to say, I won’t be back wasting my time and money..

I have been going to Greenbrier since they opened. Have always had great customer service until about the last six months. To speak with a member of the pharmacy team is pretty much impossible. My holds to find out if a prescription is ready or if its been received from my doctors is a minimum of 10 minutes. I hope Robert can make needed repairs to customer service or i will be changing pharmacies. I’m hearing of others already making the change.

My entire family has been going to this Pharmacy for the past 10 years and we Love Robert!! But his new employees are absolutely terrible! My wife and I are now having to go somewhere else the customer service has become horrible! From not filling prescriptions that were sent to them to the rude younger employees are currently working there it's gotten really bad . No one should have to stress out for days trying to get a simple prescription filled. If I don't blow up their phone then our meds don't get filled. That's not right! my advice is to find another Pharmacy

Amazing pharmacy with the best most kind people working there. They go above and beyond for their customers. They are all great and Robert especially, he takes pride in his work and it shows. Communication is great and they will even stay late if there is an urgency and you can’t make it in time. They are the best and I’m glad they are in our small town.

Robert goes above and beyond to help his customers. I have never had anyone to try and help me more than Robert. The staff here is so friendly and awesome. I recently used this pharmacy for a recent medicine and I will be choosing Greenbriar from now on. They are close to home, have a drive thru, and I just got the nicest voicemail from their team thanking me for choosing them. 10/10 would absolutely recommend! Keep up the great work Robert and your team!

Walked in today, gentleman at the front desk walked right by me without acknowledging I was there, waiting at the register to pick up prescription. He was not on the phone, nor was he helping anyone else. Then, he stood in the middle of the pharmacy for about 5 minutes doing nothing at all. On top of that, they improperly filled my wife's prescription. Both she and I have beem trying to call all day long and no one ever answers the phone. Then it says my call cannot be completed. Terribly disappointed. So glad I drove to Ponder today for this terrible service.

Greenbriar's owner: Robert and his staff: Georgia, Casey, Rhiannon, Stephanie, Erin, etc. (I hope l spelled everyone's name correctly!) is a BIG asset to our area and the surrounding communities! Always greets us with a real or voice smile but, I realize they're extremely busy!! Thank you!!

I was very pleased with the service I received. They were the only pharmacy that had my medication in stock! From the time my Dr sent it in to the time I had it in my hand was less than 30 minutes. Great friendly service!
