Extremely RUDE pharmacy tech! Same being is always RUDE! Moving soon and glad I won't have to pick up my prescriptions from here anymore. The pharmacist on the other hand is extremely polite and helpful!!

Went in to this dump today to get a COVID booster and was told I need an appointment, not a Customer in the store but they couldn't give me a shot. Well they just lost my business for sure.

This is the only Walgreens I shop at the store is always clean & organized, staff are super friendly & knowledgeable! The pharmacy staff are sooooooo polite whenever I come in & make sure to answer all my questions & concerns!

Severely disappointed with the professionalism of the pharmacists today. I'm a veteran trying to get a prescription filled through an agreement with Walgreens via the Mission Act. Due to the pain I'm in I sent my son to pick up my prescription that we had dropped off on our way home from urgent care. They had said the prescription would be ready in one hour. When he went to pick up the prescription, they had an issue when submitting it. That wasn't the problem though because that happens all the time. The problem was that when I tried to resolve the issue the pharmacist wouldn't listen to what my son was saying and kept walking away from him when he was trying to relay information from the VA Representative that I had conferenced into the phone call. Everything was good to go on the VA side and the rep said to have the pharmacy call in. When my son tried to give them the number to call, the pharmacist refused to call saying that the VA had to call them instead. I immediately got back on the phone with the VA and they placed a call to the pharmacy (less than 5 minutes after they told my son that the VA needs to call them) only to find out that the pharmacists had left for lunch. So here I am 2.5 hours after dropping my prescription off, in a lot of pain, and left wondering when this is going to be resolved. I'm generally a very patient person but this is utterly ridiculous. Update: Got a call from the VA asking permission to give the pharmacy my SSN because they claim to have not received it. Funny thing... I gave them my SSN when I dropped of the prescription.

The strip mall where this Walgreens is located looks extremely dated and lacks any incentive to shop there. However......Walgreen's cashier, Ed, went above and beyond to make sure that I received the appropriate discount for a current coupon that was not ringing up correctly! Much appreciated!!!! Rarely receive this level of customer service these days! Thank you so much, Ed!!!!

Best pharmacy staff, especially Pharmacist Tyler and Kelly! The entire staff here are friendly and helpful. I make sure to always come here whenever I need anything!
