I went into this location and was very, very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. They were extremely helpful. This location should be the poster child for USPO on customer service. Keep up the smile and level of customer service. Kudos to every staff member at this location.

The Overall Best Post Office that I’ve ever been to mainly because of the Amazing Team of USPS Representatives they have at this location like Denise, Paul, Abraham, TJ, Bing and the Entire Team here is always so Polite, Professional, Knowledgeable, and Absolutely Amazing at their jobs always going Above and Beyond providing Excellent Customer Service and most of all they always show such a Positive Attitude Everyday!!

Great experience. One lady was working yet still I was called up promptly (within 10 minutes) and she was very helpful in ensuring all my documents were in good order and explaining the procedures. Great experience

A GREAT example of a typical US postal service. They have their own rules regarding US passport renewal. The US passport renewal website said you can walk in on Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm. But, great employees here have their own rules. They will take only 12 applicants. And, when I asked about only 12 applicants check-in, a great employee replied that they were open only for 3 hours and they only or may be able process 12 passport applications. I asked them they didn't update on thier website and this great employee replied they can't put everything on website.

The gentleman at the package pick up center - very kind and extremely professional. He resolved an issue for me too. I wanted to leave a positive review because there are very few posted, and my experience was excellent!

Someone get this girl Lashawnda a RAISE!!! She was incredibly kind, even though she was dealing with very difficult customers who weren’t being very nice. The world needs more people like her… Hope she gets recognized :)

Have to go pick up mail every day because my daughter’s car was parked out front for 2 days. It’s been 7 working mail days. No mail. Today. No mail. I can see the driver drive by my house on my cameras with no cars in front of my house. Lazy

The worst customer service is found in this location. Employees should respect their jobs and work with integrity. They should direct their customers with respect and understanding . I believe for this particular reason they were hired!
