Today I went to the store and I receive very bad service from Alfred and Justin the manager, I thing both are new because me and my husband are very good clients here and is the first time I don’t receive the exceptional service this store always provide, so sad.

I visited with a last-minute polishing request, and when I found out it typically takes 48 hours for my specific item, I said it was fine since I needed it that same night. I’ve been a repeat customer of Sanas for several months. She has always provided me the best service even with while living in a different state. Sana is kind, trustworthy, and patient. I am looking forward to future purchases with Sana.

I absolutely love this Tiffany location because of Sana! I have been to the Plano store many times but have never received such amazing service as I did on my last visit. Sana was patience, kind and made my daughter’s purchase so special!!! She is truly a gem! I am so happy and satisfied with how she handled our entire experience!!

Today I had one of the worst customer service experience ever! I needed to get a birthday gift for my friend, a bracelet. I knew exactly the size she wears, but just to be on the safe side I decided to confirm it with customer service online, and according to AI customer service I needed size L, for which I placed an order, but in fact the size I needed was S. I drove to the nearest Tiffany and CO store located in Legacy West, Plano, TX to return it or exchange if possible to smaller size. And to my regret I encountered unprofessionalism from the store staff. First of all it took forever for a saleswoman Sana to process the return, she was not able to do so, she just said sorry the system doesn’t allow her to process. But luckily they had the size of the bracelet I needed and she proposed to make an exchange instead. I agreed, but several minutes later she came back and mentioned there was still an issue with the system, although she did process the exchange, however, before I left the store, she asked me whether it would be okay for me to leave my credit card information with her just in case… in case of what? I was in a bit of a shock and quite didn’t understand at first why would she be asking me to give her my credit card information, as this is the first time I ever encountered this type of disrespectful service and felt like I am not in a boutique store but at a Bazaar or a flea market where sales person doesn’t trust a customer. I have always been shopping for jewelry at Tiffany and Co, but after this kind of experience I have no desire to go back to that store again where customer support is at such low level.

Came here today for a discoloration/dirt on a $2k necklace. The very young male associate was extremely unprofessional. He first claimed he cannot see any thing and later said “you have long hair so no one would see it”. Customer came in to figure out an issue and cannot believe Tiffany’s response is to ask customer just live with it with long hair! I went to the northpark store years ago for the same issue. The customer service was way better. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 for other more senior guy came out to help after I raised my voice.

Brandon and Heather. They are the most intelligent pair. They are very humble, smart and caring. We love shopping at this location.There’s closer store to us but we always go see Brandon at this location for a good reason! Getting to try exceptional pieces just for fun is super awesome!

Like Tiffany’s as a brand but I just bought a piece that had silver components. The silver turns very quickly and needs polishing. Only two days of wear.

My husband and I went in a week ago to buy myself two pieces of jewelry. One was in stock and the other we had to order. Our original experience was wonderful, but when we went back today to pick up the other half of our order, the people we interacted with were rude, along with the three door men were laughing at us when we walked in. We won’t be going back as we feel disrespected and not welcomed. Not sure how “rich” you have to look to be welcomed here, as we were wearing all the “right” stuff.

Tiffany & Co is the best . Pretty jewelry. Overpriced but still beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Located in Plano Texas. In a high end strip shopping mall. Staff was friendly. window shopping and browsing. Parking very limited. We valet parked and just walked .

Spent a lot of money here on Thursday. They didn’t have the size; they ordered it. Received the email that it is ready for pick up, but upon arrival got stopped at the door and told we had to wait… we were just picking up something that was already paid for. Said the wait would be 15 min +. Just wanted to pick it up quick before dinner reservations.
