I would like to share that classes get canceled at will whenever there is a Meet at the facility and you will get a make-up token instead. Given that this is so inconvenient with tokens being difficult to use when I called to use the tokens in lieu of tuition I was told directly that the student has to be enrolled to use the tokens.

Had a blast this weekend at the Winter blast meet. The gym host was amazing and accommodating . The judging was fair and realistic. Everyone involved was willing to answer and help coaches with inquiries. Great experience for all our athletes in preparation for State!!!

The Winter Blast was great! Judging was tight but fair. Our Texas judges gave us a great evaluation and were willing to talk with coaches when they had questions. Thanks to allIf the staff for making it a great meet for the teams and athletes!

Texas Dynamix has bee a lifesaver for our family. My girls need to move and they are always given good words of encouragement here. My oldest has been on a team for 2 years and it has been a joy to see her grow and learn as she competes with confidence. Thank you TxD!

We love Texas Dynamix. My baby has been in classes since she was 3 and she's 7 doing crazy flips now! She loves her classes and coaches. They also offer the best camps for school breaks and PNOs!

Our daughter had the worst Bday party at this place. She attended her classmate Bday, so as soon as she went home, she asked me to have her Bday celebrate here. They advertised online (their website) and the poster that was handed out after her friend's Bday was at $240, but we paid $275. It was just a week away and online was still at $240. $Our time was at 2:30pm, we got there at 2:05pm. I was worried that I came late and wouldn't have enough time to decorate. The owner didn't even greet me and just completely ignored my existence. I tried to tell him that the bday will be at 2:30pm and now it's already 2:15pm, but frankly he cut me while I was telling him and asked me to sit at the bench to wait for him. He brought me upstairs at around 2:22pm. The entire time, the staffs were gone. He played with the kids for a little bit, and he left to let them on their own. When it was time for the kids went upstairs, I had to go look for him and the assistant. The parents were waiting for us to have some activities like cake cutting and Bday signing time. Both of them weren't there. I didn't know what to do next. He just let us be, and they both were gone. The whole atmosphere was off and made me felt embarrassed that I had to go downstairs and looked for him multiple times. At my daughter's friend's Bday, he hosted the entire Bday from A to Z. So, the kids had fun. This time, he just let us be. I felt the awkwardness and embarrassment toward all the parents waiting for us.When everyone left, he asked us to sign the paper and asked for tip. Honestly, if the bday went smoothly i wouldn't mind to give a big tip, but it was obviously suck and not attentive. I felt like I wasted my money here. Overall, it was a horrible experience. Never book here again.

We had my daughters 5th birthday party at this facility this last weekend and everyone really seemed to have fun. The ladies running it helped set up and take down stuff, pass out food and drinks, and facilitate the whole thing. I do wish it was a little bit longer, because everyone was having so much fun!

I was driving around one day and stumbled upon a new place called TX Dynamix, which offers gymnastics for kids. I told my mom and we decided to enroll my daughter into their classes. Since my daughter is three years old they recommended their Rollie Pollie class for 3-4 year olds. We started at the beginning of December. Everything was ok from the beginning where my daughter participated well and was very exited about gymnastics until one day I came to a class and they decided to move her from toddler class into babies class. I came to that class and my daughter left there alone with nothing to learn. When I tried to address this matter that I don’t like this and I would like to return my daughter to the routine as used to they said ok. We came on Saturday class for our regular schedule and as soon my daughter was ready for class, one man, who called himself instructor took me and my daughter deliberately from the class by saying we don’t belong there. My daughter half black and half white of basically mixture culture and we came from Germany for you to understand our culture and we never discriminate anyone by color nor ethnics after WWII bc we learn our lesson that time. . In my understanding when class started, as an instructor, if he wants to talk he should take parent aside, but allow the child to participate in the class (child-beginner who is actively enrolled and classes paid)… but that’s not what happened… The Instructor was very rude, bulling and I wouldn’t call this nice or good customer service for the money you paying for the education of your kids. In our country we are saying: “For bad dancer it’s always a balls in the way, that’s why he always complains about he can’t do a good dance”… If you an instructor, as you said, and later on promote yourself for an owner of your business, you should know better than to complain but get a better understanding of the kids and provide a better coach job to make kids to learn and have a good experience, not negative. The coach/instructor who didn’t even coach my child, bullied her today and made her kicked out from class by basically showing the door to a 3 years old kid and in a Gestapo attitude and act like he was not owner but suddenly a bouncer guy, just by demotivating her from participating in the class. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone and specially if you are foreigner bc it seems to me they don’t accept those kind of ppl there. Extremely low customer service where perhaps they are good only for the parties and bouncing attendees and guests only.
