Paid 18 dollars for them to tell me I can’t skate backwards or do jumps, a lot of money to stand around when I need to practice. A lot of the staff have had bad attitudes, not all, but a good number. I’ve been charged more than I’m supposed to pay, my ice time taken up, and been dragged between the drama of coaches. I’m just trying to do my lesson. It’s not very professional for what I’m paying for weekly. I’ve been coming here for years but there’s always some sort of issue. All these new changes have just been problematic when I literally just want to practice. : (

Great ice arena, with ample seating. Hockey, figure skating, training, and even birthday parties!

The worst of all the Dallas ice rinks. If you want stick and puck go to nytex

My daughter attended a Figure Skating freestyle classes. She loves it! My nephew enrolled in Hockey academy. Very happy. I like that is has a huge area upstairs where I can see both rinks ( skaters and hockey) in same time, nice and quiet.

This rinks sucks compared to the others in the metroplex. No food or drinks. By far the worst. Has ice but definitely not a true hockey atmosphere. Hate having to play here. Ugh. Do better Dallas stars

Ice rink itself was very nice but the lady at the front desk was quite rude she talked to my parents like they couldn’t comprehend the times… we simply asked her when public times were and if private lessons were going on instead of public. I love this place but the service that day was unsatisfactory.

Great place. Prices could be lower and value could be better, especially on annual membership. We like that Children's Health is now sponsoring the locations. My kids had a blast, especially my 5 year old. Good call on having the buckets for beginners to hold on to. Good vending machines.

Used Public Skate with Pogo Pass. 2 visits are covered through that.Good service and nice crowd. It's a good idea to buy your own skate if you visit here regularly.

Been coming here for years with my son playing hockey. This is one of the nicer ice rinks as far as the view and not freezing your butt off.
