Found Winston and Mary through Google as I was looking to have a custom engagement ring made - best recommendation it’s ever given me!Winston walked me through the high level details during the early days; he was very patient and informative as I got up to speed. Mary provided all the hype I needed to pull the trigger.Once the date was set, he had the ring ready in no time - it looks STUNNING!I appreciate how honest and sincere Winston was throughout the entire experience.Will definitely be back for more. ?

My wife and I needed to resize her wedding ring. The center diamond is a high quality diamond but the setting was poor in a platinum and gold band with opposing smaller diamonds. While we were in his store, my wife saw a diamond ring that just stood out for her. It was a custom make that Mary had created. We decided to replace my wife's ring with this new beauty. But Winston stated that my wife's ring has a beautiful center diamond and the opposing diamonds would make excellent diamond studs. Winston suggested that he would remove the center diamond in the new ring and replace it with my wife's center diamond. Savings? 90%!! When we picked up the ring and studs it was even more brilliant and my wife treats me as if we were on our honeymoon. Sounds a little hammy but Winston and Mary could not have treated us better or made what could have been a much more expensive day into an affordable wonderful experience. I thank Winston and Mary for the best start into our next 20 years of marriage.

When my mom lost her wedding ring and another valuable ring given to her by her husband she was so distraught! She contacted Winston, the original jeweler, and he was able to recreate them both simply by the ring specs and a description! The new rings are stunning and one center stone is even larger and more beautiful that on the ring lost! Winston and his staff are wonderful to work with, caring, professional, they absolutely listen to and cater to their customers! Thank you Winston!

Bad first impression. I received antique costume jewelry for Christmas that belonged to my great-grandmother. I went in to see about having it cleaned and repaired. The woman was condescending as she spoke to me. I was dressed nicely and didn't appreciate her attitude. Despite that she spoke down to me but I continued to ask her questions. She grew restless, even rolling her eyes, and called a very nice man from the back room to help. He was overly helpful, which I appreciated because the jewelry is very special to me. Unfortunately, I had also planned on buying a nice pair of earrings from the store for a New Year's party. Because of the way she treated me, I went to a different store nearby and won't be returning. As a side note, when I Googled, "Costume jewelry repair," this store appeared first.

"All that glitters is not gold", sometimes is platinum or yellow diamonds or rubies. I love visiting this wonderful shop. If they don't have it, they can make it.Don't think they only cater to women. They have fantastic bling for men too. I found a ring with an awesome peridot set in yellow gold. It's my birthstone as well as really stunning.Winston and Mary are really patient and helpful. I love this place.

Love this place, we’ll be customers for life. My fiancé and I worked with Winston to design my engagement ring and our wedding bands and they’re all so beautiful. He was patient, understood what we wanted and was very thoughtful in sourcing all the materials for our rings. Can’t recommend Solitaires enough!
