This 5 star rating is a direct result of the service I received from Ms Jan. TodayHer compassion was extraordinary- beyond necessary and quite literally lifted my spirits and gave me , valuable time. I wish there was a way to repay her for just listening to me , and directing me beyond what was expected and like a random angel because I couldn’t find help elsewhere, that meant so so much to me!!! I am stressed beyond belief rn , happy good people exist

Josh towed my Mercedes extremely professional took amazing care of my suv and took all the time to explain what he was gonna do it died and won't start all the wheels were locked and he was great with customer service and keeping me up to date on where he was and how long it was gonna be highly recommend using Josh and will be asking for him in the future

While driving my wife home from visiting her family on the PGB Turnpike, well after dark, in the middle of a driving rain we were tailgated for miles by a Signature tow truck. Once able, the driver swerved around us, brake checked us, then gunned it. I watched for more than a mile as they weaved in and out of lanes, zero signal, tailgated, and drove like an a-hole in the middle of a rainstorm. Typical tow company, hope the driver gets what's coming to them.

Terrible experience! Officers told us to use this place since the driver that hit us pushed car up into persons front yard. I wanted to tow it to our house 1 mile away but they talked me out of it. Car was totaled and there was no point of it sitting in their lot racking up charges. Also an issue trying to get it towed from their lot, many hoops to jump through. My charges were over $400 and racking up daily I finally had to pay them $303 and surrender my title. Could not take the catalytic converter or my brand new tires. During such stressful times it's hard to make good decisions so I did what I had to. Hope I never see this place again.

It is a quite spacious and beautiful place, where you can have a picnic, play a fun game with your children, and for older children, ride a bike, see the lake and spend a pleasant time outdoors.

I had to pick up my sister's car from them and everything went smooth backed my tow truck in and loaded her car and was on my way in under 30 min.

Call the towing company at @ 6:53 AM for heavy wrecker service, was told I AIN"T GOT NO BODY AND HUNG UP!!! Rudest Customer service by a Tow Vendor by far should not be on NTTS as a recommended vendor, WILL NOT USE AGAIN.
