You could not find a place for buying beautiful rugs with better service than Rug Town. Love my two new rugs and am going to buy more. Very knowledgeable owner who is a pleasure to deal with and helped my decorator and me find exactly the right rugs. I love them and the prices were great.

Moe at Rug Town is top notch! So thankful to have his guidance through such a large purchase. He gave his HONEST opinion but also professional knowledge so we could make the best decision. I did not feel like it was just a “sale” or taken advantage of. We will be returning to purchase from him again. He made us a priority and kept us up to date on our custom rug. We love our new rugs. Rug Town has an extensive inventory and Mo was very patient and helpful while we looked at them all. He not assisted us with our choices, but he drove an hour from his store to deliver and install them. Thank you Mo!

I painted my living room and decided that it needed a nice, new rug to tie the room together. I found Rug Town in Plano and had the BEST experience! Not only is Mo extremely helpful and kind, he's very knowledgeable about his products. He had a wide range of beautiful rugs and made sure that I would leave with the perfect one to match my updated room. The one I picked has so much personality and it's so soft! I have searched other places and haven't found anything that I liked, or even in my price range. I am now in love with my living room and I have Mo at Rug Town to thank for that. Even the dogs are pleased! 10/10 Recommend! If I ever need another rug, I'm definitely buying at Rug Town!

I’m an incoming college freshman and I was in need of a rug for my dorm this fall. I called Mo at Rugtown and he was able to help me cut and seal a carpet remnant I had into an awesome 6x4 rug!! For free!! So grateful for his kindness!

My husband and I visited this store 2 weeks ago and they have the most beautiful rugs. The owner was great and very accommodating and he is very knowledgeable about the rugs.
We were looking for a shag rug that wouldn't bulk and would lie flat on the floor. He recommended a beautiful shag rug that was cream and brownish and it feels absolutely amazing under our feet. We love it. He told us the rug would lie flat because it was hand sewn and he was right. Rugs are affordable prices and he works with you on the price.
We saw a Dallas Cowboys rug we liked and did not expect to see in there. His young son was very cute and already a young business man. They also had this amazing tasting candy they gave us called "Damla" and we went home and ordered some ?.
Amazing family and business and I highly recommend if you're in the market for good and quality rugs with wonderful customer service!
