I have had a wonderful experience with RedZone Mortgage Group. They were able to get me better rates than my bank and the loan process was quick and easy. When a problem came up due to a third party, they fixed the issue, even covering an additional charge out of their pocket.

Don’t waste your time with these guys. Horrible communication skills and not willing to go above and beyond with getting you approved for a loan. We wasted 6 months working with them and then when confronted about why our status was still stagnant, Michael got super defensive and was quick to dismiss us. Looks like all they care about is 850 credit scores and money. BEST OF LUCK guys! ✌?

I assumed it would be easiest to re-finance with my existing lender; my existing lender was a large bank and I assumed wrong. After they made things very difficult to move forward, I reached out to Mike and I am very glad I did. The communication was great and the process was as straightforward as it should be. I had a really great experience working with Mike when going through the mortgage process. As a first time home buyer, he was very accessible to answer any questions that I had, and gave us four starting estimates to compare and work from, which helped to illuminate questions I didn't even know I needed to ask. He was prompt and would always touch base if something needed to be done to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Would recommend to anyone I know.
