Only giving 1 star because thats the lowest you can give, would not recommend if in time crunch. Was suppose to be delivered between 12 & 4pm did not show up till 8. Made multiple attempts to get an update but only 1 response that it was picked up. No update or contact on delivery. Just showed up around 8 with no call, txt or response to emails. No phone number on Web site either. Had to help move as well as they only had a single deliverer with no dolly. If your paying to have something delivered you shouldn't be having to do half the work. If they had the common courtesy to provide update than would have given at least a few stars but customer support was non-existent. Had to search on line to get a phone number to find out they had at least picked up and were supposedly on the way.

I will never use Pickup service again. I had paid for a couch to be delivered upstairs into my living room. First delivery window that was scheduled could not be met and then I had to reschedule to 2 days later. On the day of the delivery they delivered 3 hours after my delivery window. When they showed up for delivery, they only sent 1 person, how did they expect her to get a couch upstairs by herself? Of course I helped her take the couch upstairs but why am I paying for this service when I could've done it myself? Highly recommend not using Pickup, they don't know what they're doing.

Do not use this service! They took my money without even having a driver and continue to change the delivery date and time causing me to have to take off work and or sit around the house the entire day. They are refusing a refund and have no idea if or when my delivery will come. HOME GOODS should have vetted this company better before offering their service to their loyal customers. I hold them partially responsible for this fiasco.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! After purchasing a couch from World Market in Viera, FL we were told there was an agreement with PICKUP for in home delivery. World Market has displays all over the store and cards laying out near the furniture. After purchasing on Saturday 4/1, we used the QR Code, received a quote for $101 for delivery of our couch 3 miles from the store the next day with a 2-6pm delivery window. That was the last communication we have ever heard. No number to call to follow up ( Pickup is closed Sundays). Today have made 3 phone calls to speak to someone. First time on hold 20 minutes and was disconnected. 2nd call, finally spoke to an agent (Daniel) after on hold 10 minutes...only to be disconnected again. 3rd call...on hold now 27 minutes. I am putting a fraud alert on this $101 charge and contacting World Market store manager. Should have done more research.

AWFUL experience trying to get my sofa delivered. I purchased from BigLots.com and was told that my item would be delivered on 3/23. When no one showed to deliver, I called to find out what was going on. They then rescheduled my delivery, and then did not show again. NOBODY reached out to let me know they wouldn't be coming, or why. I had to call and get to the right person each of the SIX TIMES they rescheduled my delivery. I rearranged my life and responsibilities to make sure I was there for the delivery time THEY gave me, and they failed to show up every time. I then tried canceling my order, and even that was an ordeal! I finally spoke with a Big Lots manager to get a refund on the sofa I purchased, and he helped me more in 10 minutes than any of the 10+ people I spoke with from PickUpNow. The only thing PickUpNow ever did was make excuse after excuse, have me on hold for 30 minutes at a time (and even ended the call before ever speaking with me), and make false promises as far as my delivery. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. Terrible customer service, no accountability, and I honestly do not understand how they are able to get away with running a business like this AND with false advertising.

John and AJ were fantastic. The delivery was completed quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent for making the delivery. They were both extremely careful to not cause any damage to either the house or the sofa they delivered. The transport vehicle was very clean and tidy.

Buyer Beware. Trusted @PICKUP to deliver a surprise gift for my wife today. They didn't make the 10am-2pm window, then didn't make their end of day updated window. Now they cancelled the order, great thx.trustpilot.com/review/pi…

I wouldn't even give one star. This company is awful. They "schedule" you for a date and time and don't even book a driver! They have rescheduled 3 times now (for my overnight delivery). Every time it doesn't log looking for a driver until the time of the delivery. Stating every time they are delayed and will try to deliver by end of day. There's no one booked!! I've wasted 3 days off work when I could've rented a uhaul and picked it up myself cheaper. I will be canceling the order with the company's that uses this delivery service and will never use them again.

Whatever you do, do not use this company and fall for advertising they do not have any workers to deliver the pieces you order. I’ve now had to go pick up my own things after paying them to do a job they could not do!

The two men that made the physical delivery were great, and exceeded my expectations. 10/10 for them. They don’t work for Pickups, and are a fourth party. Massachusetts delivery, from Fairhaven BigLots, to Carver. A couch and rocker chair.I have never dealt with a more inept, unprofessional, incompetent, nor lackadaisical company in all my years with Pickups. -Not only would I never recommend using your company to a friend or family, but I would go so far as to convince them not to give one cent to your company, for a delivery. I would simply have to tell them my experience. That would be convincing enough, in and of itself. Pickups gets a rating of 0/10.9/26:Order placed for “Next Day Delivery”, but opted for 2 days later as I could not get the next day off from work, to be available for the delivery window (8am-8pm).9/28:Delivery day.Hired removal company to remove old furniture from living room for easy transition of delivery (cost $250).I wait. -And wait. -And wait a little more.At 5:30pm (2.5 hours before close of delivery window, after taking the day off from work, after having all old furniture removed, and never leaving the house for fear of missing the delivery) I received an extremely nonchalant phone call from Wesley at Pickup. He casually informed me that there was no one available to make my delivery. I explained to Wesley, that this was unacceptable. He had an “oh well” attitude from the beginning until the end of the phone call. I asked that he put in a request for a supervisor to call me back. He said that he would, and that he could reschedule me for Friday; as that’s the “best he could do“.9:00pm:I receive a call from Janine, who identifies herself as the next tier customer service representative. She states that she will not be refunding my delivery cost, and that I should have read the fine print while ordering “next day delivery”. I was flabbergasted. I told her that what she was telling me was again, unacceptable. I requested that her immediate supervisor call me at their earliest convenience.9/30:Day of delivery.I have now taken two days off this week, and then, once again at the mercy of pick ups and their games. At noon, which was mid way through the delivery window, I received a text that stated “deliveries were experiencing delays”. Fearing a repeat of two days prior, I put in a call to pickups. raven, was the representative I connected with. She stated that she had no updated information. Other than the order was “processing”, and they were looking for a driver to complete my order.Again, just to reiterate; this is what they do. They’re a delivery company. The level of incompetence is astounding.I waited an hour, after hearing, nothing, and called back, hoping my persistence would gain some attention to the issue. To my complete surprise, I was connected this time to Janine. The same woman who claim to be a tier 2 supervisor, who called me at 9 PM, two days ago. When I explained to Janine, then I worked for an attorneys office, and was advised that this is false advertising and subject to litigation, and that I would be documenting and recording any, and all future contact with the company; suddenly I felt I was being heard for the first time. She told me to wait on hold while she contacts, dispatch, and the case manager, after a few minutes, she returns to the line and tells me that they have miraculously found drivers. All within that 10 minute phone call. What luck, right?About 10 minutes after hanging up with Janine, I received a phone call from the delivery driver. He told me he would be picking up the couches in Fairhaven and will be to my home to make the delivery in about an hour.1:00pmI received a call from Austin, who identified himself as the case manager. He stated that he would be refunding me the delivery charge.Pickups: Do better. This was excruciating. Hands down, the worst delivery experience to date. Never again. We sat on a floor for 3 days no thanks to you.

Ordered a same day delivery and 3 days later no recliner! Contacted them and still get the same canned answer running late and can't find anyone to do it! Non responsive and fraudulent company BEWARE
