“I originally had a family member refer me to this storage facility. I am planning on moving, so I will be needing a space to keep my belongings while in between. I have spoken on the phone to Jasmine on a few different occasions (I’m sure driving her crazy) but she has been so kind and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I did fly out as well to visit with family, and was able to meet with her while here. She showed me around the facility, we talked about what size unit I would need and she was very knowledgeable about everything. I can’t wait to make the move to Plano. They has been times I have had to leave a key with the office and they would receive the delivery for me if I put them on a list. They would have to show ID and that shows how great the security is. Very nice and respectful. Received an hourly quote that was pretty much the same as most other movers. Took about a 4 hours to move to a 2 bedroom apt that was 15 minutes away. “I don't normally deal with riggers for removal of items I purchase. I recently purchased several items at auction in San Antonio TX of which I was short on man power for loading. I was made an offer by MEI of which I accepted not knowing what to expect from them. I have to say it was the best money spent by me in a while. Totally impressed by the effort put into the load out of my items. After seeing what was actually required to get this stuff loaded, I can only say it was a very fortunate thing I had them around.”

“Needed a company to move me from Dallas to Austin and it was last minute because my original company cancelled on me so called up 3 brothers and they took me in last minute even tho it was a long distance like I said Dallas to Austin they came in tackled the house in a safe and fast manner they knew what they were doing walked me through everything they put protection on the floor and door and all the big items were shrink wrapped and blanket tapped and when we got to Austin and everything was unloaded nothing was damaged amazing job amazing service from a amazing crew thank you so much will deff be telling friends, family and co workers about this company!!!!”
