The expert advice from the knowledgeable staff helped us make the right call on a chair. I had initially wanted to buy a chair from a store that didn't offer them in-store but I wanted to test drive a chair just get an idea of what they are like. Wow, what a difference between the brands that were in the store. We probable tried 4 or 5 chairs and the staff did a great job of identifying the pros and cons of each of the chairs. If you are in the market for a massage chair, I would recommend you head to Healing Touch so that you can test out your investment before you pull the trigger.

I highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a massage chair. The team is knowledgeable about their products and provide a very good service. The after the sale support was very good. They created a video specifically for my chair to show the features and operation of the chair. They also helped save sales tax on the chair if you can bring in a doctor recommendation that you need the chair for your physical issues.

We came in wanting to look at the different types of massage chairs Healing Touch had to offer and were pleased with the overall experience. John was very informative, responsive and answered every questions my parents and I had, and most importantly didn’t try to force us to buy anything. Moreover, we came in during the time where they had a special - 2 additional warranty years for free which we are so thankful for after hearing that massage chairs break easily over time. In the end, we found the perfect chair that met my parent’s needs and were delighted with our purchase. As for the delivery service team, Chase and Gun were friendly and were on time. Furthermore, they were knowledgable in the chair and showed me the different functions the chair had to offer.

The entire experience was great. Lee and the staff at Healing Touch were great to work with. Very knowledgeable about their products and thoroughly answered our questions. We found a chair that we love and the delivery process went very smooth. We have most assuredly had better nights sleep since purchasing our chair! We would definitely recommend Healing Touch to anyone who is looking for a massage chair.

Ivan and the rest of the Sales Team at Healing Touch Chairs were excellent to work with and they were very informative throughout our buying process. We felt no pressure to buy and after a few different trips back, we were able to narrow the search out to find the very best chair unit for our budget and style liking. We ended up choosing the Ocho R6 unit and truly love it. The 2 delivery technicians did a superb job setting it up and giving us a great tutorial on how to fully use it. Everyone was professional and you can tell they enjoyed their job and had extensive knowledge of the products they sell and install in your home. I would highly recommend going to see Ivan and the rest of the Team over at Healing Touch Chairs in Plano. You will not be disappointed. We recently purchased a Panasonic massage chair from Healing Touch and couldn't be happier. We love the chair and all the functions it has. The experienced salesmen were the ones to deliver it, and they gave us detailed instructions on how to use it after they set it up for us. They were friendly and informative, and had been in touch with answers to our many questions before we made the purchase. We are very glad we didn't buy a chair from a big box store or from an online site where we would not have had the personal experience. We'd highly recommend the professionalism of Healing Touch!

My sister and I got the panasonic massage chair for our parents and they absolutely loved them. When you go, ask for Mr. Lee. He is super friendly and helpful. He explained all its features and functions (and there’s a lot) to my parents. He also delivered and assembled the product himself. Delivery was quick (took less than a week) and all we had to do was to open the door and everything was done. Strongly recommend!
