Terrible service. Please choose any other company. I would rather go without any service than have to stoop to use this place. Complete waste of money! They want to take conversations offline cause they’re snakes. Hopefully, enough people decide against this company and it costs them alot since they like to take peoples money without providing any service for years.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY - EVER !I switched carriers to Logix in February based on a quote that I had received from their salesman. Was happy with the switch until I received the first bill and found out that it was much higher than the quote and my previous monthly bill due to a number of previously undisclosed fees. I thought it would be an easy fix but the salesman who used to be friendly now says it wasn't his responsibility to know what fees they charged and he will not return calls and "upper management" has decided that the fees cannot be reduced.My advise is to STAY AWAY.

After multiple bad experiences with customer service and their not having the latest cloud based options, I switched after 2 1/2 yrs to another provider. No one mentioned there was an existing contract in place (before I started), $5000 cancellation bill sent to us. Do not recommend.

Logix was great to work with. Their customer service is awesome. Erik Blakeslee, in particular, was very responsive and always patient with all of our questions. Our process went pretty smoothly, despite the ongoing pandemic. Highly recommended!
