Prompt, reasonable, and quality services. This place is my go-to place for watch and jewelry repair. On at least one occasion a few years ago, another place tried to rip me off and told me I needed costly repairs. The folks here were honest and said a simply, inexpensive repair was all that was necessary. I've been coming back ever since.

I walked in to get a clock repaired that I inherited from my grandparents. The piece is both very delicate and holds a great meaning to me. A very kind employee took extra care of my clock and not only repaired it at no cost but also replaced parts that no longer worked. The store also has several beautiful grandfather clocks and jewelry that are absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clock, wanting a repair, or looking for new jewelry. It’s an absolute gem!

Out of loyalty I invited a King Arthur Clock technician out to my home to repair my grandfather clock and examine two other clocks. Very disappointing experience. Buyer beware!!

This place has been in Plano for as long as I can remember and there's a reason for its staying power and incredible customer reviews over decades.I didn't stop in to buy a watch, but rather am selling one online. I asked them if they had a nice little box I could buy from them for that purpose. They just gave me what they had on hand, no charge, and it's perfect for what I needed it for.Nothing super fancy but it just shows how everyone who comes in their business is their guest, not just a customer.They have some wonderful grandfather and old wall clocks, even some on consignment. Their prices on wrist watches are very competitive and they carry a good selection of popular brands.I haven't used them for any repairs yet but definitely will in the future. They won me over with their helpfulness and friendly attitudes.I highly recommend this place for any watch repairs, clocks, or even if you want to sell your gold or silver locally.Thanks guys! A+ service worthy of recommending to my friends and family.

Hi, I just had an awesome experience in this store:I have a new lady Katy spade beautiful small watch and the battery need to be replaced, and I was suggested to visit this store by Battery and bulb store since the watch glass is very sensitive installed. I jumped in King Arthur today last 5mins before they closed. A very kind lady checked my watch carefully and open it successfully to replaced the battery! Another senior gentleman helped put the watch cover back successfully,I know it’s a small watch so must be very professional and patient,they did it great! In the last , they said this is not a big work and just want to charge 10usd, and Said no need pay at all when I have card only in hands. So I want to share my wonderful experience today with the lady and the gentlemen. It’s will be a small gift from my wife to her sister’s daughter.Thanks to them again,we will have a delightful time with our family from this watch!
