Before I ended up with JB Jewelers I went to some recommended places where I heard "sorry we don't do this l, it can't be fixed blah blah" and then I decided to just Google something near and it was my lucky ticket because no one ever did exactly what I asked for but JB Jewelers did EXACTLY what I asked and I'm impressed. No one ever repaired mt jewelry better. Now it's my go to any time I have to get something repair or (I just learnt) they also do custom jewelry which I'm going to use soon! In addition their assistant is just an amazing , beautiful woman with a big soul! Thank you so much for helping me!

The only place we buy, recreate and clean our jewelry? JB Jewelers provides Excellent craftsmanship, service and beautifully unique creations. They care about the products and customers. We always had excellent service with positive attitudes @ JB Jewelers.It is family owned and today was my first time to meet the daughter. I simply needed a new watchband; she found what I needed with a great attitude and smile !

My diamond fell out during lunch so I rushed here after work and they took care of me right away! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness. They really care about their customers and they got my ring fixed quickly. The owner is so kind and he made sure that in the future if I need my diamond tightened, that I could come by anytime. I don’t buy jewelry a lot, but when I need something in the future I know where I am going to go! JB jewelers, truly a one of a kind service.

Highly recommend JB! A family- owned jewelry store that not only treats you like family, but they go above and beyond on all my jewelry needs.I needed to have my rings resized and Aldemar took the time to explain the resizing process and make sure the measurements were correct. I picked up my rings and not only do they fit perfectly now; they look so shiny and brand new!

I came here instead of Dr. Gold. The customer service was superb and they got my bracelet mended in a way I didn’t expect. They actually cared about my concerns and fixed it in such a fair way! I’m taking all my jewelry here next time. They also do repairs for stainless steel which is great to know

i've been a customer here for probably 15 to 20 years ... as long as he's been in Plano. Aldemar is always friendly and helpful. You can trust him and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my jewelry repair.

This review is based solely on the fact that this store had its open sign on , but the woman sitting at the counter would not open the door ( you buzz and they unlock the door). It was the oddest thing, then she made some hand motions that could not be determined if she was saying- come in, or what? I have no idea what the deal was..

I have had a necklace custom designed by Aldemar using diamonds from other pieces of jewelry that I didn't wear and it turned our beautiful. He also just redesigned my wedding ring and changed the stone from a princess cut to a round diamond with a halo and it is stunning. Another jeweler put some weird riser thing inside of the band because he said changing the size would compromise the diamonds in the band and it was uncomfortable to wear. Well, Aldemar removed them and resized the band with no problem. Aldemar is a quality craftsman, he is kind, professional and fair. I trust him wholeheartedly. Absolutely one of the best I have ever done business with. They are a family owned business, very nice to work with.

It was my first time in this store. I had a very small order to make a ring of a different size. The jeweler and his assistant were polite and courteous. The work is done with jewelry precision. I have something to compare this service with, and believe me - it is one of the best! I recommend it to everyone!) Thanks!

The JB team is outstanding! I took my wedding rings here to be resized & cleaned and he noticed that I had 2 broken prongs and could have lost my solitaire. I was also missing a baguette on my anniversary band and he replaced it twice. The service is excellent and I highly recommend JB Jewelers!!

I was running some errands in the area today and spontaneously popped into JB to get some links removed from a new watch and wow.. Anginette is so incredibly sweet, genuine, and helpful. She truly made my day with her warm, super friendly personality and her speedy help. My dad and I were so blown away by her and the amazing service here. I smashed my favorite ring during moving recently. I stopped in the store on a lunch break to see about getting it fixed.....Not only did they fix it in about 20 seconds but they didn't even charge me!I'm sure it was no big deal for them, but during the stress of a pandemic during the holidays, their act of kindness was just amazing!

I was gifted a Seiko watch 35 years ago by my parents. It stopped working about 20+ years ago. Over the past several years I have taken it to 7-8 jewelry stores/watch repair shops. Everyone told me that the inside mechanism could not be fixed and they couldn’t order a new one to make it work. A couple of them said they could fix it but would cost $300-400.On a long shot I tried JB Jewelers. The owner was honest with me upfront and told me that he wasn’t super optimistic but would do everything he could to try. This was 3 weeks ago. I am exhilarated you say that not only did he get a new mechanism he also got it for $90. He had to make a couple of adjustments but it is working great. I am so thankful to his determination to help me out. My dad recently had a party to celebrate his life and I was able to wear it. Don’t go anywhere else! This is a honest and trustworthy owner. I am even going to have him build a ring from scratch for my wife. It is wonderful to find someone like this in a world where it is very difficult to trust someone. Thank you all very much!!!!!
