I needed an engraving to be done on a charm ASAP. Jalin Jewelers were highly recommended by another jewelry store.
Upon arriving, I spoke with the mom who then asked her son, the jeweler. Luckily he was able to squeeze my order that day.
I was not disappointed by not only the final result but also their overall customer service.
Great service with even better people!

I went into Jalin Jewelers three Wednesdays ago. My Brother In Law had recommended them to me. Amazing recommendation!!! I spoke with Todd, he and Tara are the sweetest! I inquired about some small fixes, cleaning, and checks on my stones to make sure the prongs weren’t worn down. (My daily stack below that I never take off.) Todd took my items and had them cleaned, looked over and made some small fixes. I also inquired about a larger fix, he was the nicest person. I asked him how much I owed him and he said, “no charge”. I was shocked! New customer for life!!!!!

Everyone is professional and so kind and helpful!! Todd does amazing work on. He is so knowledgeable and easy to work with, he helped me redesign my wedding ring - which I get SO many compliments on! Cannot say enough positive things about them. My family and I have been coming to Jalin for many years; they are the only jeweler I recommend!

I am so impressed with their customer service. I had two items to be engraved. They were prompt to respond to my questions and gave me suggestions on the positioning of the engravings in addition to being very reasonably priced. I will return for any future jewelry needs. Both items turned out beautifully!

I cannot say enough good things about Jalin jewelers! I took my wedding ring to have it repaired due to another jeweler not being able to correctly set the prongs. Jalin jewelers did a fabulous job in correcting the problem! I could not be more satisfied! Their team is friendly, courteous, and very thorough. This is a family owned business who truly cares about their clients! They carry high-quality items and are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Todd and Tara were absolutely amazing, I was referred to them from a family member and let me tell you I was not disappointed. Tara and Todd were able to customize the perfect ring from 2 designs that I couldn’t choose from, so why not mix them. They were very knowledgeable, and helpful which helped me make my decision that much easier. Incredibly quick and fair priced. I came to them on short notice to fix 2 chains without any sort of stamps or recognition of the materials. They got them done in less than 24 hours including polishing, and the total only came out to $30 for the entire service. Incredibly happy with how they turned out and will most definitely be coming back for any jewelry needs I have.

Todd and Tara are the sweetest people you could ever work with!! They spent time working with us to create the most perfect wedding bands!! Tara sent us updates about our rings and they were always communicating with us on the process of making our rings. I felt amazing trusting them with family jewelry to create new rings as my wedding bands. Todd did an AMAZING job making our vision come to life!
