Possibly the dirtiest Homewood Suites we have ever stayed at.
We were there 3 nights … they don’t really clean the rooms.
Our bed sheets were dirty at check in … took them 2 days to change them (which we did ourselves).
They promised us a room credit for one night … never got it.
Do not stay here.

Rooms wreak of cigarette smoke and are run down and dirty in a lot of places. Service is lackluster.

Location is great. Perfect area in Plano to get to all of the things within ab a 10 minute drive. Staff was friendly and kids enjoyed the breakfast.
We had a double bed suite and were only provided with 3 towels and 2 washcloths (teenage girls in tow so this wasn't nearly enough). When we asked for more, we were brought just 2 additional for a 3 night stay. We did not get daily room maintenance.
The musty smell in our room was overwhelming and needs to be addressed. The AC does not blow nearly cold enough for the TX heat.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was noteworthy and sufficient.

I always feel at home when I stay at any of the Homewood Suites by Hilton. The area is very nice and quiet, and the young lady at the front desk was very professional and nice. The rates are very reasonable for what you get. It's definitely worth it.

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Front desk help (Chris) was great. Easy check in, yummy breakfast, beautiful pool!

I enjoyed the place; it's nice, clean, and well-maintained. The parking area is also spacious, and the check-in process was quick. However, upon entering the room, we noticed an unpleasant and disappointing smell. Despite this, the room service was fast. The breakfast options were wide-ranging, with a variety of selections to choose from. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the Homewood Suites in Plano.
Rooms: The room is of a good size, conveniently split into bed and Sofa area. The kitchen area is nice, not overly fancy but adequate. Each room is equipped with a big TV. The HVAC system is effective, albeit a little loud. The bed, couch are all comfortable and inviting.

Mrs.Karen and the staff (morning/night shift) was very helpful, and the stay was great from the room to the breakfast. Will definitely book again!

I stayed here 10 days. Nice and quiet, good location. Would recommend it. However, the complaint I do have is that it is not possible to open the windows. I was staying here in April when outside temperatures were in the high 50s / low 60s at night (and low 70s during the day). How nice it would have been to have fresh outside air in the rooms! Instead, what they are doing here is running A/C non-stop in all hotel rooms, just to air the rooms and keep the stuffiness out. Think about the significant waste of energy (and pollution to the environment!), not to name the noise of all the outside A/C condensing units. Whoever designed this hotel should have their permit withdrawn :-) If you have a sense for protecting the environment, don't stay here. If you support big oil and big gas - this is your place!
