The manager refused to give the car even after booking. He was in no mood to give the car. The worst experience i have had with hertz being a presidential club member. Do not rent here at any cost. The manager does not even care if he gets any business

Yesterday they promised they had my car model. And one guy very rude to me on the phone. This morning they just said no that model anymore.

Just went back to this location had a good experience with Jesus and Aaron today. Taking back my initial review. They were great with us. Thank you so much for a wonderful customer service. We love you guys. ❤️
