If they could, I wouldn't give them stars. Today I went to this store at 12:30pm and it was 3pm in the afternoon and I got tired of waiting and left. What a bad service, that store only has two. people to attend to customer service.

All I have to say is that I just LOVE the ladies by the name of Breanda and Kimberly. 1/11/2023 was my very first time Going to the Plano location. Those ladies took their time with me and handled me with care. They were both warm and inviting and just exceptional. I came in for a upgrade and was very happy with what I left with. I got the 14 pro MAX and they made sure I walked out with everything I needed and was very patient. HATS OFF TO YOU LADIES THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.
