Initially, everything was great in the first year. However, in the second year, black dots began to appear and won't go away, despite my best efforts to keep them clean. The store might claim it's due to moisture, but that's unlikely since Texas has been experiencing sunny weather. Considering the issue, I'm questioning whether the $4000 investment is worthwhile.

I had the pleasure of working with Nora at the Crate & Barrel store in Willow Bend, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Nora helped me design both my living room and bedroom, and her expertise truly shines through. She is incredibly skilled at using design software to create visuals that make it easy to envision how everything will look together. This efficiency was a game-changer for me in deciding which furniture pieces fit my style best.
What stood out to me was Nora's amazing personality. She has a great sense of humor, which made the whole process enjoyable. But more importantly, she was fully respectful of my ideas and preferences. She never once pushed me to order or purchase anything. Instead, she took the time to understand my style, pace, and needs, always ensuring I was comfortable with the decisions being made.
Not only are her design suggestions solid and practical, but she also went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had with an online order through FedEx. She handled everything quickly and professionally, making sure I was satisfied with the outcome.
I genuinely enjoyed working with Nora and truly appreciate all of her help. Her customer-focused approach and deep knowledge of design make her a standout at Crate & Barrel. If you're looking for expert design advice that is both creative and tailored to your unique taste, I highly recommend asking for Nora. She made the whole experience seamless, fun, and, most importantly, perfectly aligned with what I was looking for. There’s really nice items for the kitchen, and living area however not as many items for the bedroom/decor. They have seasonal items for fall.

We had such a great experience working with Nora on our furniture purchase. She was friendly, attentive, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Ask for Nora!!! I recently moved and Nora helped design my open plan living, dining, and reading area. She spent a ton of time with me, she was super patient, had an eye for details, she moved the design around multi times just to show me different layouts and then gave me options and honest opinions across c&b and cb2. Honestly, a wonderful experience end to end and it was great knowing I could just call her and she handled it all.

This was our first time shopping at Crate and Barrel Plano and had a great experience working with Nora! I appreciate her eye for design as she helped furnish our new home. I have a three bedroom apartment. Needed a complete outfitting of furniture. I worked with Nora from scratch. Nora is attentive, passionate, great design eye and problem solver with the constraints my space presents. Nora handled all the paperwork and delivery stuff like it mattered the most. Loves her job and loves to really help the client. As a middle aged single man, Nora made the whole job easy and enjoyable.

This review is way past due as we have been working with Kim Carmichael for the past 4 months while renovating our Plano condo. We live in Colorado so renovating from afar is hard, but with Kim's help and guidance, our experience was absolutely perfect. She was always available (both phone and email), always on top of our orders, and gave great advice on picking and choosing of furniture and colors. In fact, because she made it so easy, C&B was the first place we went when needing something for the renovation. Thank you Kim!!! We will continue to depend on Crate and Barrel to be our first go to as we aren't finished yet.... Great Job C&B Plano

Nora is an AMAZING designer. My husband and I feel very lucky that she was there the day we walked into the Plano store. During several visits to the store and through many phone calls and texts Nora stayed in touch and helped us completely furnish and accessorize our new home — from ordering through delivery and set up. She even reached out on her day off to make sure everything went smoothly with delivery.
Nora is not only an amazing designer who knows exactly how to choose furnishings but she was able to choose what fit our personalities.
Nora’s professionalism and caring manner sets her apart from anyone I’ve worked with in the past and I will definitely highly recommend her to all my friends who need furnishings.

A big shoutout to Kelly, Suzy, and Marci for all of their help. I recently purchased a stunning dining table but faced a huge challenge with the third-party delivery team. Kelly went above and beyond in correcting the issue and coordinating a new team to complete the delivery/assembly. Her outstanding efforts exceeded my expectations, and as a result, my dining table was delivered and assembled flawlessly! Rest assured, the team at this store has your best interests at heart.
