Just finished up a general appointment for our 5.5 year old pup and our experience was such a breeze! This was our first visit at CityVet and Dr. Tullar was super kind and gentle, as well as extremely knowledgeable with giving full details on his assessments. Any questions I had were answered and we left feeling taken care of. Highly recommend!

Dr. Tomlin and her staff are absolutely wonderful! My fur babies and I always feel so welcome and I always feel they truly care. Highly recommend anyone to bring their animals here! Their commitment and care is truly unmatched!

JENNY IS AMAZING!!! Seriously. We’ve been coming to this location for years - since they were in their old building off Park - because of Jenny Som. Her care and attention are evident in every interaction. She consistently goes above and beyond to care for our furbabies. I cannot recommend her enough!

City vet was able to get me in today after my dog wasn’t doing any better over the weekend. They seemed very attentive to Max and explained thoroughly the approach for the tests and next steps. I felt that my dog was very well taken care of. Will absolutely be back and would recommend.

Had to rush our beagle here because of back pain. They were very accommodating, extremely professional, asked me about taking xrays etc and was upfront about the cost before doing anything. Our beagle came out and was not stressed at all. 100% would recommend this is the only place we are talking our dog now.

I began taking my 3 Shih Tzus to CityVet—Windhaven about a year ago, and I am very glad I did. Not only does Dr. Jamie Tomlin, along with her wonderful, caring staff, provide professional, compassionate care to my pets, they do so at prices that are reasonable and affordable. While the cost of veterinary care has risen exponentially at some clinics in West Plano over the last few years, it’s really nice to find a clinic like CityVet—Windhaven, right here in my neighborhood, where my dogs can still receive the high quality care I want for them without my having to take out a bank loan to pay for it. And in addition to great veterinary care, CityVet—Windhaven offers bathing, grooming, boarding, “DayPlay,” and healthy foods and pet supplies, all at the same location—which means that if my pet needs medical care while they’re being boarded or groomed, there’s a doctor right there, ready to attend to them. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed and they were so loving towards my pet. I found a stray kitten and had so many questions regarding its health. After discussing a plan for the vaccinations it made sense to purchase a package that included everything I would need for my kittens first year. So happy I found this place. Before leaving I was going to schedule another appointment for my older cat who has been having sinus problems, but the Doctor recommended I try some over the counter remedies first, if I’d like, and handed me a list of options. I truly appreciate that the Doctor offered alternatives before spending additional money on a visit I may not need. Just another way that shows they care!!

I had a sick cat who I had taken to 2 other vet clinics in 3 days. I spend $$$ at both clinics and still had a sick cat! City vet windhaven had just been open a week and I thought well I guess I will try them. Dr Tomlin was wonderful! She ran some basic tests that should have been done at the other vets. Long story short Alex had a urinary tract infection !!!!! Simple diagnosis and simple treatment!!!! He is well now! I have since moved all my pets records to city vet windhaven. Dr Tomlin was fabulous and the staff was so kind and professional!!! Prices were reasonable and fair.Update! Our diabetic cat is very high maintenance. Gets pancreatitis often and this time had it with an UTI. She ran a few tests and diagnosed him. Sent him home feeling some relief immediately and doing much better :)
