I have been going there for years and they are all amazing people.They are busy most times due to their success in getting the job done.They helped me after an accident with my bike and took care of the details with the insurance company and pick up when my bike was totaled.

Well, I have never been to this branch. I live in Beaumont TX, but I ordered a part that broke on my bike this morning and they had it shipped out via FedEx almost immediately! I definitely took notice of their efforts and I'm actually shocked how quick these guys are. If I am ever in town, I will be stopping by for certain!

I spoke with Cole Julie at North Dallas BMW in person and on the phone numerous times. I am an out of state buyer and Cole returned every phone call, even after he knew they did not have the 2022 GSA Rallye I was looking to purchase. He is their resident expert and he was swamped each time I stopped by. I had a lot of specific questions and he was a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend you talk with Cole if you are looking for an Adventure bike. Wish I was spending more time in Dallas so I could financially reward his integrity!

What do you have to do to purchase a motorcycle at this dealership? They don't reply to you when you email in, are too busy to come to the phone or return calls and when you drive they they don't have the bike that was on the internet or the 3rd center bag in the picture is not included or when you ask does it have the Navigation & they tell you yes but when you get there you are told it is pre-wired for navigation...... and it doesn't have a navigation unit. Also, you go to the Dallas Motorcycle show & the manufacture is passing out flyers for zero percent interest but this dealership doesn't know anything about the promotion. And then when you call them on it they said "Oh yea, but you have to pay an additional $2,000 to get the zero interest. I give up.

Quick and easy on the order. Received it in a timely manner too. Exactly what I needed. Though it's partly my fault, it would be nice to have been reminded that the part didn't come with any hardware. Thankfully I had misc bolts and nuts on hand to attach the bracket. Either way, I'd order from you guys again!
