Wife got a car from this guy had never been through service sold her a her with the service light on she when back and forward with him talk to her service department. They told her they don’t even work on Mercedes at the salesman always lie and tell customers that just to sell a car. Two months later, she took to Plano Mercedes and they agreed to pay to get the service out on the car took two months like I told his boss already did that because she was a female so I guess I thought they treat ladies that come to the dealership I would not refer anyone to these people The first time I went with her to look at the car, told her not to go back because they was bad business and it turned out to be true so if you’re looking for a nice car, I will go anywhere except autos of Dallas Plano, Texas tryed not to give them no star

Buyer Beware. I live in Indiana so obviously stopping in and checking out the vehicle was not an option so I talked to the main sales manager and he agreed to send me videos of the vehicle and any damages that he seen on there. He told me the vehicle was in great shape and that I would not be disappointed in my purchase. Fast forward a week the car gets delivered and has scratches the front of the vehicle is messed up underneath the vehicle is messed up and they are blaming it on the shipping company we take it to the local dealership here get an estimate to repair the damages and they did agree to pay for some of the stuff.
This purchase started the first week of June It is now the second week of September I currently cannot drive the vehicle because they cannot provide me title or registration for the vehicle and all they keep doing is giving me the runaround So now I'm out 70 thousand dollars For a car that cannot be driven.

I live in North Carolina and I have never purchased a car online before. I have always promised myself that, when I turned 70 years old, I would buy a Mercedes Benz. I found the S Class I wanted at Autos of Dallas in Plano, TX. I called them and Edwin Ramos answered the phone. I told him which car I wanted and he sent me pictures and videos and even test drove it for me. There were a few cosmetic things that needed to be addressed and Edwin got it in the shop right away and within a few days, they were completed. Edwin sent me a video to show me the work that was done. He even stayed at work late on Labor Day to wait for the truck that is going to deliver my car and sent me pictures of my car on the truck. I can't wait to see it and drive it for myself.
Edwin was great to work with and made something that is a little disconcerting much easier and made me feel very comfortable doing business with him.
I highly recommend Autos of Dallas and especially Edwin Ramos!
