This business is not in line with the standards of business practices and excellence that I am used to when buying from TOYOTA. This dealership has some of the most dishonest people in sales, service and all the way to their General Manager. I was sold a preowned truck with dints and bad paint on the roof, with pieces of rubber missing from the back windshield, with the right rear window rubber painted in silver, with the locking clamps/pins for the black polymer on the rear bumper all missing.....It is just unbelievable that this people can take so many short cuts and deliberately cheat customers like this!! It is a pick up truck for my ranch and i reallize that it has 58k miles on it but it should have never been delivered or even leave the dealership in these conditions!! Especially when i was told by one of the clowns in service that it was being put in excellent conditions before completing the sale. I will file a complaint to the BBB, Toyota USA HQ, and possibly even sue them for decieving business practices!! This cannot be happening in this ERA....embarrasing!!
