A perfect experience with my Tesla! Stephanie was great to work with and followed up every step of the way! I’ve been an insurance agent for 20 years and have a lot of experience working with body shops and PDM is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Recently had my vehicle serviced and painted, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff was professional, attentive, and provided clear communication throughout the process. The quality of the paint job exceeded my expectations; the color matched perfectly, and the finish is flawless.
Overall, I appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this service to others!

I’m genuinely impressed with my experience at PDM Collision Repair Center! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. My car looks brand new— one of the few repair shops that work on German cars too. Kelsey was particularly helpful; she kept me informed at every step of the process, making sure I was always up-to-date on my car's status. The repair work was done thoroughly, they made the whole experience completely hassle-free. Stephanie was very attentive and always kept me updated on my car when it was getting fixed. I appreciate the patience she had for me when I would get frustrated at times since vehicle's do typically take long to get fixed. She always put me first as a customer and never put me to the side.
